Saint Trina
Peaceful, beautiful sleep

One of the more mysterious figures in Alden RingIn the lore, Saint Trina can be found in “Shadow of Erdtree”, although she is also mentioned in the base game. Directly tied to Miquela, Saint Trina is called as her other half, and she loves him without limits. Miquela has basically abandoned Saint Trina, but she is still devoted to him and begs him to kill her before the Tainted is imprisoned by the divinity.
Most of the time Alden Ring The characters are somewhat mysterious, but Saint Trina is more shrouded in shadow than most, and her dialogue is sparse and can be difficult to trigger if one doesn't know the steps of her questline. Needle Knight Leda
An ardent follower of Miquela the type

Needle Knight Leda is one of the most prominent NPCs in Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. She leads a group of Miquela's followers into the war-torn region, seeking to serve the god in their Lord's Ascension. While she starts out as a friendly NPC and even aids the Tainted against Rellana, the Twin Moon Knight, her zeal and fanaticism never fade, and as Miquela's fascination with her allies begins to fade, her true nature emerges.
Leda's undying devotion to Miquela offers a chilling look at the kind of world a god might create if the tainted were allowed to ascend to godhood. The inevitable but tragic conclusion to his deadly crusade culminates in a bitter and brutal standoff that sees the bonds of loyalty and goodwill pushed to their absolute limits.

Mysterious goddess within Erdtree
Queen Marika Shasvat is the most important character Alden Ring. This divine personality over a long period of time conquered the lands and enforced his religion, the Golden Order, throughout the land. His plotting set most of the game's events in motion. When the Tainted Lands return to the Middle, it is in chaos as Queen Marika has shattered the Alden Ring that imposed order on the kingdom. She then disappeared, lost deep within Erdtree.

Millicent
A patient warrior with great potential

Millicent's The questline begins innocently enough. A sage asks the Tainted for help in procuring a golden needle that he believes will aid Millicent in her struggle with the Scarlet Rot, a deadly affliction that exists in the middle of the Lands. Once the needle is obtained and repaired, Millicent begins a journey between lands to face her past.
As it turns out, this past is much more sinister than it appears. Descendants of Millicent 
Melania itself, the source of the Scarlet Rot and the manifestation of its divinity. Gauri, the kind sage who helped heal her in the first place, really wants to see this scarlet rot thrive and blossom, just like Malenia did. Advancing the Cult of the Rot's goal, Millicent is faced with the choice of helping or betraying him on his journey.

A mysterious and sinister young woman

One of the most important aspects of Alden Ring It is that the Greater Will, represented by the Golden Order, is far from the only divine force that intervenes in the middle ground. where is it 
Hyetta comes in When Kalankit first meets this kindly blind woman, she claims that she is a meek Finger Maiden in search of a golden lamp. The fact that his journey requires a steady supply of Shabriri grapes suggests that the patient is the eyeball, that his quest is tainted, and perhaps not as innocent as Hayta's.

The player can either help her keep her resolve in the face of complete darkness or take advantage of her for personal gain.
