Black Frieza quickly established himself as the most powerful transformation we've seen throughout Dragon Ball series, as the villain managed to defeat Ultra Instinct Goku and Ultra Ego Vegeta in one hit. As one of the super powerful fusions of Goku and Vegeta, Vegeta is often referred to as the ultimate warrior due to his unparalleled strength. To create this fighter, the powers of Goku and Vegeta are combined together, and the resulting power is further multiplied on top of it due to something called a 'rival boost', confirming Vegetto as the most powerful force in the multiverse.
In the Goku Black arc, Vegito unlocked Super Saiyan Blue, giving him an insane power-up on top of his already immense strength, allowing him to go toe-to-toe with God. Most fans believe that this would be enough to defeat even Black Frieza, although the answer becomes clear if the current Vegeta has access to Goku or Vegeta's godly techniques. The only problem would be the time limit of Potara Fusion, but from a strength level, Vegito is probably stronger than Black Frieza.

Everything that has been said about Vegeta's potential to defeat Black Frieza can be confidently said about Gogeta, as he too is the product of Goku and Vegeta fused into a single powerful warrior. Also, like Vegito, Gogeta takes the power resulting from the fusion of Goku and Vegeta and supercharges that power, confirming his otherworldly strength.
However, Gogeta does not have the same limiting factor as Vegito, as the fusion always lasts 30 minutes, regardless of its power output. Because of this, it's very reasonable to assume that Black Frieza has no answer for this fighter, especially since Gogeta, at the current moment, has the ability to use Ultra Instinct, Ultra Ego, or both simultaneously, making him perhaps even beyond the level of Gods of Destruction.

in Dragon Ball In the Multiverse, there are no beings who surpass the Angels in strength and martial arts prowess. It is so clear that the Angels are each assigned the Lord of the Universe and Destruction whose needs they not only fulfill, but also train them, especially in using the Ultra Instinct, which the Angels themselves possess.
Several times in the series, in particular, Whis has shown feats that truly set him apart, such as when he managed to knock out Beerus in a single hit, when he blocked Planet Moro's attack with one finger, or when his Ultra Instinct reacted to Gogeta's Instant Transmission, taking him out of the way of Light-Tech. Simply put, Black Frieza has no answer for this.
