Super Saiyan Rage Future Trunks made him strong enough to defeat a fused Zamasu
Super Saiyan Rage is one of the strongest power boosts of all Dragon Ball. After training a bit with Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta in the Goku Black Saga, Future Trunks manages to absorb his father's residual God Ki, which he taps into when he battles Fused Zamasu at the end of the arc. Unlocking Super Saiyan Rage also allows Future Trunks to battle the enemy Fused Zamasu that gave both SSB Goku and Vegeta trouble just moments ago.
Channeling the energies of the survivors of his timeline in the same way Goku did with the Spirit Bomb, Super Saiyan Rage Future Trunks uses his Sword of Hope to cut the fused Zamasu in two. Unfortunately, Zamasu is immortal, so Trunks doesn't actually succeed in killing him despite the technical victory. An advanced version of Super Saiyan Blue only for Vegeta, Beerus also notices how Vegeta's power level and aura have changed when he first taps into SSBE. Super Saiyan Blue Evolved is very powerful, making Vegeta strong enough to defeat Toppo and still have enough energy to fight Jiren.

Ultra Ego Vegeta gets stronger the more he fights
While Super Saiyan Blue Evolution is a very reliable form, there is something to be said for Ultra Ego's raw power. Ultra Ego Vegeta has yet to win a fight, but that's only because he hasn't had enough time to master the transformation's weaknesses. Unlike Ultra Instinct, Ultra Ego gets stronger the longer the user fights and the more damage they take. This is a perfect form for Vegeta, who is often overwhelmed by his enemies.
Ultra Ego is stronger than Ultra Instinct as far as power levels go. Vegeta goes from being destroyed by Granolah to Ultra Ego who helps him level the playing field. Unfortunately, Granolah's Dragon Balls desire to become the strongest in the universe, and Vegeta's raw power help him unlock the full extent of his power. Once Vegeta masters Ultra Ego, he will become even more of a beast in battle.

True Ultra Instinct Goku can stack Super Saiyan on top of the UI
Goku unlocked Ultra Instinct when he fought Jiren in the Tournament of Power, and his mastery of the UI has improved with every single story arc. In the Moro Saga, Merus teaches Goku how to clear his heart and mind to tap into Mastered Ultra Instinct whenever he wants. He also manages to master his Ki control while using the form, allowing him to subtly project his energy into Kaiju-like scenes. Goku takes Ultra Instinct even further in the Granolah Saga.

The Heeters are the most powerful beings in Universe 7, and their empire is rivaled only by Frieza. Unlike other races with unique transformers, Heaters cannot control their full powers when their inner nature is exposed and they become fearless. Because of this weakness, Heeters use the mind as a power limiter to prevent it from going out of control. After Alec wishes Gas to become the strongest being in the universe, Gas manages to control his inner nature in his awakened form.
An awakened Gas has all the raw power of his fearless inner nature, with almost complete control of his abilities and powers. Awakened Gas is so powerful, that even Ultra Instinct Goku, Ultra Ego Vegeta, and Granolah don't stand a chance against him. Awakened Gas was the most powerful character in Universe 7 when he debuted – until Black Frieza appeared and promptly killed him.
