i miss Single leveling. Yes, anime (and manhwa) are divisive, but sometimes you just want to see a mighty hero destroy some fearsome enemies while (seemingly) breaking a sweat. Now, love anime OP MCsAnd every season there are at least a couple of shows that go in that direction; However, few of them have production value or quality Single leveling.
Still, these series can be a lot of fun, even when they're a little rough around the edges. More importantly, they're good old-fashioned “turn off your mind” entertainment, which everyone needs sometimes. Fall 2025 has the strongest lineup of anime with overpowered heroes in a long time, including the return of A one-punch man. Like Single leveling With Season 3 barely on the horizon, these four currently airing shows may be able to fill the void while we wait for Sung's return. These four anime are also very different from each other.
A one-punch man Season 3 is excluded because it doesn't need further promotion. Also, the new season didn't get off to a great start.
A wild final boss appeared!
If you miss the over-the-top battles of solo leveling
A wild final boss appears It is mandatory overlord with a female protagonist. There's really nothing wrong with that, and the anime adaptation has been a blast so far, as long as you go in expecting fights that are mostly one-sided murders. A boy becomes Lufas, defeated 200 years later in a game called Overlord Exgate. Except, now, it's not a game, and this new version of Lufas sets out to rebuild his army, called the Twelve Stars of Heaven.
So far the story is good, though. A wild final boss appears Primarily about extras, Lufas destroys enemies with style and a certain viciousness that only a handful of heroes are willing to display. The fight scenes are bombastic and very bloody, which is refreshing for an Isekai. MC is super powerful from the start, so she doesn't go through Sung's growth, but she needs to know about the current state of the world.
My Gift Lvl 9999 Unlimited Gacha: Backstabbed in a Backwater Dungeon, I'm out for Revenge!
If you missed the almighty journey from zero to solo leveling
My Gift Lvl 9999 Unlimited Gacha is the most Single leveling This is the opening episode of the Fall 2025 anime. In fact, the protagonist, Light, ends up in a dungeon for death staring down a terrifying enemy they can't hope to defeat, only to unlock a special ability in the nick of time. Technically, Light always had access to unlimited gacha skills that summoned random cards, but they were almost completely useless; However, surrounded by the mind of this dungeon, he manages to summon a maid who seeks level 9999 to wipe the floor with the enemy.
With a super ally who sees him as his boss, Light sets out on a revenge mission against the group trying to kill him, all while becoming OP in milliseconds. Like Sung's Necromancy, Light relies on summons to fight for him, as he isn't particularly strong on his own. He also exists in a world that ignores humans as the lowest tier, barely different from being classified as an F-Rank hunter.
My status as a killer is clearly superior to that of a hero
If you miss the lone hero of solo leveling
Another isekai anime, My status as a killer is clearly superior to that of a hero Down goes the “whole class is summoned to another world” route, the students find themselves in the presence of the ruler of a kingdom who needs their help to take down a demon lord. They are assigned unique classes, and Akira Oda is labeled as an assassin; However, he soon realizes that his stats are superior to those of his peers. More importantly, Akira is hesitant to buy the king's story, a decision that leads to him being framed for murder and exiled.
Akira Oda's personality is similar to that of Sung Jin-woo, especially after the latter's transformation. They are brooding loners who try to keep their abilities a secret from almost everyone, and they work tirelessly to become stronger. Akira, like Sung, goes to the dungeon to level up quickly, and they are both driven by their family ties. Akira also looks like Sung. Akira is a bit more curious and analytical, but they both use their brains as well as their abilities in a fight.

Sanda is strange Seriously, the story is about Santa Claus. Yes, who comes down the chimney once a year. In the anime universe, Santa Claus remains a myth, but he is actually a real being who can manifest in his children when they meet certain conditions. Sanda learns this the hard way after being forced to wear a red jacket, quickly transforming her from a teenager into a jacked-up Saint Nick, which also affects the child's mind.
Sanda's transformation into Santa is not unlike Sung's transition, both processes involve substantial changes in the protagonist's personality that seem beyond their control. Sanda also needs to slowly learn the limits of his abilities and get stronger, so he can't be stopped right away.
Science is handled by Saru SandaSo the animation is frenetic, vibrant, and overall fantastic. The anime looks very different Single levelingBut they both shine in this department.
