To retrieve the first journal in the Celeste's Journals quest in ARC Raiders, players must head for South Swamp Outpost West of Water Treatment Control Dam construction on battlefield map. It is best to take any adrenaline shots along the way to make it easier to manage stamina during the trek.
You will meet one A dilapidated building with a rusty door and a dome-like structure above it. Make sure to listen for any enemy raiders in this area, as there are several spawns nearby.
Once you get inside the building, look to the side to spot A A bedroll with a journal sitting on top. Interact with the quest indicator to start the quest, and you'll be able to pick up the first of Celeste's Journals from the South Swamp Outpost. ARC Raiders.

The northern outpost is a bit difficult to locate overlooking the Red Lakes, as its name suggests. Raider Outpost East Dam on the battlefield map ARC Raiders. If you have spawned in the southern areas, make sure to follow the outer parts of the map to reach the location.
Once you approach the area, you'll find Raider Outpost East, perched on a cliff with an amazing view of the Red Lakes. Take one of the rocky paths along the side leading up the hill to reach the northern outpost.
Once inside, you'll find one Similar interior to South Swamp Outpost. So, just find a bedroll inside and interact with the journal. After retrieving Celeste's Journal from the northern outpost overlooking the Red Lakes, head for the nearby exit.
If you have recovered both journals in one run, Celeste's Journal quest will be marked complete, and players will receive 1x Magnetic Accelerator, 1x Exodus Modules, and 3x Heavy Gun Parts As a reward.
