Winner hockey An incredible power that fans have rarely seen a piece. It is an ability that is only used by some very strong, or those with high ambitions. Winner hockey is a rare form of hockey that only occurs in one in a million people. Even among those millions, only a few manage to wake it up.
Conqueror's Haki allows one to impose their will on others, to frighten them or knock them out. Its true form increases both the offensive and defensive powers of a person. Fans obviously know that this is an important power to use in battle. Within the Strawhat Pirates, conqueror's hockey is not all that common. However, some members of the crew definitely have the ability to wake it up a piece.
Note: This article does not include members who have already awakened Conqueror's Haki, including Luffy and Zoro.
helicopter
helicopter The Straw Hat is the Doctor of the Pirates and of course a formidable fighter of the crew. Fans know he has majestic powers, thanks to his use of Devil Fall and Rumble Balls. but, Chopper is not someone who goes to use the winner's hockey.
In fact, he has a 0% chance of awakening this power, and no matter what happens in the story, he will never gain this ability.
Frankie
Strawhat pirate ship, Frankie Another is the person whose chances of awakening the winner's hockey are very low. There is no denying the fact that Frankie is very powerful. But, he can't even use the other two basic forms of hockey, and for him, getting a winner's hockey is definitely a long shot. Frankie will certainly not go on to awaken this power at any point in the story.
Brooke
Brooke is a unique fighter in one piece. Fans know him to hold the power of Yomi Yomi no Mi, and he channels the chill of the underworld using his sword, Soul Solid. Brooke is very powerful, and a trusted officer of the Yonko crew.
That said, for Brook, power-ups like Observation and Armament Hockey make more sense than Conqueror's Hockey. Like the others, Brooke will likely never go on to become an awakened champion.
Jinbe
Jinbe is a very skilled helmsman And fans also find him to be extremely powerful. Jinbe is an incredibly honorable man, famous as the Knight of the Sea. Jinbe embodies the hopes and dreams of both Otohime and Fisher Tiger.
The fact that he has tremendous will power cannot be completely denied. Winning hockey is not possible for him. That said, one cannot deny the fact that Jinbe could potentially have this power and it wouldn't feel out of place.
Robin
Archaeologist of the Straw Hat Pirates, Nico is known as a monster from the land of Robin O'Hara. She is the last known archeologist from this land and is of immense importance to the story, she can read poneglyphs. Robin is one of the World Government's greatest enemies, and, overall, he's definitely a character who would be great with Haki.
It's surprising that Robin doesn't have access to armaments and observation hockey right now. In fact, for the character of his importance, Haki the winner does not even feel left out of place, because he has a great ambition to find the Rio Poneglyph and to know the entire history of the whole world.
Nami
It may surprise many fans to see Nami so high on the list, however, she certainly has a chance to spark a winner's hockey. For one, Nami's true origin is not revealed in the story and Oda seems to be planning a lot around that, which may or may not be revealed later down the line.
After the Wano incident, Nami's rage manifested itself as a power similar to the victor's Haki. This may be dismissed as a gag by fans, but, it's entirely possible that Oda will go along with it and eventually paint him as Supreme King, albeit in its basic form.
Usopp
Possibilities for Usopp to awaken the victor's hockey are very high. Fans know Usopp to be a liar most of the time, but, somehow, his lies turn out to be true. Usopp has lied about being the winner's Haki on multiple occasions. In Wano, he repeated this life again.
Above all, Usopp's acquisition of Conqueror's Haki would be perfect for his character arc, where he goes from a timid individual to a brave warrior of the sea who embodies great ambition.
Sanji
Cook of the Strawhat Pirates and one of the strongest fighters under Luffy, Sanji has a high chance of getting Conqueror's Haki. Sanji is the prince of the Vinsmoke family, and fans know it for a fact that the Vinsmokes were the kings of the Northern Blue for a significant period of time. In the distant past, the Winsmokes were wronged in some way, and although the fans don't know much about it, it is known that they have the blood of a king in them.
Having the blood of a king coursing through Sanji's veins certainly greatly increases his chances. On top of that, Sanji has the ambition to find all the blue, which is even rarer than finding a piece. This ambition, which burns so much within his soul, along with the fact that he is a descendant of kings, and one of the strongest in the series, only shows that Sanji will at some point in the story go on to awaken the conqueror's Haki. It also complements Luffy and Zoro, and completes the Monster Trio, making them all Conqueror's Haki users.
