Emu's Domi Reversi is the most broken ability in one piece. Here's a look at everyone who has fallen victim to it so far.

With God destroying the valley, the author focuses on Harald. The ruler of Elbaf was shocked by the news of Zebek's death, and it prompted him to do something drastic. Shortly after learning of his best friend's fate, Harald traveled to Marine HQ to meet with higher-ups because he wanted Elbaf to become an affiliate of the World Government.

On the last page of chapter 1166, Harald tells the marines that he is willing to do anything to erase Elbaf's dark history. He even broke his horn to show his seriousness. Emu knew about the herald's desire, and they sought to exploit it. It is possible that Emu ordered the five elders to communicate with Harald and turn him into his obedient servant.

After receiving instructions from higher-ups, Harald went out and immediately got to work. He began sending ships into the depths of the ocean, targeting them. Harald's efforts helped to get rid of pirates and other criminals, who were responsible for the chaos. Because of his efforts, Harald was soon promoted to the position of a dedicated blade. He entered into the Covenant of Shiloh, which was a testament to his loyalty to Emu and the World Government.

Emu is the true god of a fragmented world

Harald might not know, most of the one piece already knew who the five elders were referring to. Of course, they were talking about the emu, who is considered the de facto sovereign of the world government. Emu is a mysterious person with many supernatural abilities. For starters, they can use Domi Reversi to turn any human into an obedient demonic slave. The true nature of the ability is unknown, but it appears to be some form of magic.

Emu is also able to contract with people. Anyone who enters into a depth pact and an Abyssal pact with an emu is granted immortality and rebirth. But there is a steep price for this exchange. In fact, the only way to gain these powers is to relinquish possession of your body. For example, Emu immediately grabs Gunko's body in Elbaf to prevent him from running towards Brook. Or during the God Valley incident, when Emu appeared inside Saturn's body and tried to fight the pirates.

Emu is also capable of imparting Devil Fruit to other humans, which explains why all high-ranking officials within the World Government and the Marines possess superhuman abilities. The five Elders have legendary Joan-type Devil Fruits, while the Admirals are given Logia-type Devil Fruits. Considering that the Emu is capable of many things, it is not wrong for people within the One Piece world to call them true gods.

The life of an emu is still a mystery to readers

Emu was introduced long ago in the story, but there is still a lot that the audience doesn't know. Currently, only a handful of details about emus have been confirmed, and one of them has to do with their family name. According to Ivankov, Emu's family name is Nerona, and as expected, it was one of the twenty families that united to destroy the ancient kingdom. It is also possible that the emu has been alive since the zero century, and as such, they know everything about the history of the world. They likely interacted with other major historical figures such as Joyboy and Davy D. Jones, who appear to be connected.

Based on Emu's reaction, they both hate him, especially Davey D. Jones, who Zebeck calls the king of the world. When Zebeck mentions Jones, the emu flies into a fit of rage, clearly indicating that the latter has interacted with the legendary pirate. As the story progresses, there is no doubt that Oda will reveal more details about Emu, including their entire past.
