I was going back to Fortnite for the South Park collab, then firmly quit the game

Fortnite My Xbox Series X is always installed because, every few days, my kids will request to play with me. Not to brag or anything, but I usually take them to two wins, which is harder than listening when all three of them are screaming in my ear, running around the map wherever they want, and only trusting one of them when it comes to firefights. That's the main reason I keep it Fortnite Established, but a few years ago, I put my fair share of time into the battle royale game. I've mostly moved on to other sports, at least until now South Park The collaboration program was officially revealed.

The stick of truth was an instant classic, and while Broken but whole It's a little short, but I still think it's a good time. I want a new one South Park RPG for years, but I mean, checking the stick of truth Fortnite Should come close enough for me. I was ready to come back, pass Born in Chaos, and buy myself a skin or two. Then, I logged in, almost immediately closing the game and deciding I wasn't going to play it.

I am guilty of spoiling my kids, having spent a lot of money on V-Bux and Robux over the years. (Their online activity is closely monitored.) They usually don't ask about everything, so I usually don't pay attention to how much I'm spending because, well, because I'm not that good with money, okay? It's my kids too, so, they're still going to learn about financial hardships. But when I opened it Fortnite to see South Park collab, I watched the mini-pass and was “eh” about it. Still, I knew I had to buy a skin or two, and I prepared to open my wallet.

Then, I went to the store, looked around, closed my wallet, closed the game, and it wasn't spending the money it asked for. I obviously have 50 V-Bucks in my account, but I needed more to get Towelie as a sidekick. Randy Marsh is my favorite character, which sounds more like a confession than a statement, but Towelly is a close second. I'd love to get Touli as a sidekick and then buy a skin, maybe Cartman, because it's new. South Park characters present in Fortnite. Randy Marsh has to come Fortnite Ultimately, isn't it?

Then, I tried to buy V-Bucks and it was $13 for Towelie. I thought the big bundle for leather was expensive, but I knew it would be too. But 13 rupees for Towelie just to follow me around? No, thank you. I haven't even looked at the skins, and I don't know if this is normal pricing, special pricing due to a collaboration, or something like that, but I just can't figure it out. Honey, I have no hate in my heart for people who throw money at skins. What people do with their money is their business, and we're not going to talk about the money I poured. Apex Legends over the years. I…I love you, Towelie, but I can't do this. I don't have much to say about it other than the $13 price tag that a sidekick slapped me in the face with, when I really don't care. FortniteTo start sidekicks, and I will not pay that.

Overall, new South Park Material for Fortnite Looks very good. I'm sure Towelie will hang out with a bunch of other players, and if my kids start playing soon, I'm sure I'll see more. South Park Blisters running around when I hit one of my early season blisters. I wouldn't pay just $13, but it's not all “eh” in my mind. Instead, with the emphasis on the Stick of Truth, I hope this is some kind of teaser for the new brand. South Park RPG. That, I will pay anything.
