The leaked image includes a breakdown of Scovos into 7 sub-regions, including:

  • Philios

  • Temis

  • Lycander

  • Athulua

  • Atanos

  • Celestia

  • Skortara

Previous renderings of maps of the sanctuary show Skovos included in the island chain of Philios, Lykander, and Skrtara islands. However, this new map includes the locations of Temis, Athulua, Atanos and Celestia, supporting the idea that this is a new incarnation of the region designed specifically for the Lord of Hatred.

There is still the possibility that this is a fan-made map, as it differs in a significant way from Skovos' past renderings. According to the sanctuary map shown in The Book of Lorath sourcebook in the Horadric Vault series, Skovos is very loosely connected, with Philios, Lykander, and Skrtara being completely separate islands. However, in this newly leaked image, Skovos appears as one large, interconnected island with these new sub-regions connecting the previously known islands, suggesting a major change in canon if this image is indeed real.
