Launch Tower Loot event guide on Ark Raiders
The launch tower robbery incident Happens twice a day at 11 PM PST/ 8 AM CET and 7 AM PST/ 4 PM CET. The event runs for an hour, so you'll have time to do 2-3 runs depending on how long it takes. To play it, start matchmaking at Spaceport Either map with a free loadout or go full gear.
There are so many ARC enemies and potentially other attackers that will compete, it's best to bring a good loadout to be on the safe side.
As soon as you give birth, Make your way to the launch towers Located in the center of the map. These are the tallest structures on the map, so you should be able to see them from almost anywhere. When you arrive at the towers, you can go in, but you'll find both side doors locked. In the middle is a generator that requires a fuel cell to operate.
The location of the fuel cell is random though Always around the launch towerSo you should leave this room and look around. A fuel cell is a small, portable item that slows you down and stops you from running. For this reason, You must be careful that there are no ground or flying ARCs nearby or they will cause you trouble.
Once you get the fuel cells back into the generator, interact with them to put them in, and There should be a lever on the side that you can pull.
The lever will activate the gates to open, allowing you to go up the ziplines on either side of the towers. When you reach the top area, be careful Pops and Fireballs Up here, and once they're dealt with, go further up the roof.
There will be some ARC enemies, so you can deal with them if you want, and Go up the steps here to find a locked container with a switch next to it. Activating the switch begins to emit a loud noise, which also attracts and generates a flying ARC, a rocketeer.
Now players can deal with these ARC enemies, which is very difficult if you are playing solo and have no raiders around to help you. Alternatively, You can go down to the room where the pops were located and wait outside there After activating the switch. This will make most ARCs lose sight and fly away, giving you time to loot and loot everything. You can also throw smoke grenades to make the looting process easier.
There's a locked container on either side of the tower, so you can repeat the same process on the other side and take out the nearby elevator with your hard-earned loot. Be careful of people spawning near extraction points, as some players find it easier to knock out raiders who have already looted the tower rather than participate in the event.
Tips for completing the launch tower loot event
If you're playing solo and want the loot all to yourself, you need a proper loadout. For Augment, you can take one Combat Mk. 3 (Flanking) Because of the utility slots you get and need to keep mines. Your loadout should ideally include:
-
Shock mine
-
Explosive mine
-
Seeker Grenades
-
Wolfpacks
-
Barricades
-
It heals a lot.
since Trigger Nades Very strong now, you can even bring some of them for enemy raiders.
When you load into the game, run straight towards the tower, and after placing the fuse in the cell, go up the zipline. Now you have time to set up around one entrance to the tower, which means 2 ziplines can be covered. Place your explosives and jolt mines near both ziplines. Place the barricade at the top of the first ladder So players can't rush and shoot you from behind. You can then use the second barricade on the roof of the tower, which will act as cover from the ARC when they spawn.
When you see Wasps and Hornets, Take out your seeker grenades and start throwing them in the air So that most of these flying ARCs are dealt with. Two Wolfpack grenades should be enough for the rocketeers.
It is best to bring weapons like Renegade or Venator, As these can easily deal with ARCs and are also excellent weapons against any attacker. Once you loot the first chest, you can make your way to the other side and start the button on that side as well.
Keep in mind that if you don't place any mines on the other side, there is a very high chance that multiple attackers will come from that side and team up to fight you. You can place some mines on the ladder on the other side before pressing the buttons If no one is standing there; Otherwise, prepare for a fight.
After retrieving the loot from both chests, your next challenge will be extraction. The issue is that some players exit the program but camp around the extractWaiting for the players to come up with all the loot. Some players may also set up Jolt Mines at the bottom of the ziplines, so you have to go down carefully.
If you are planning to complete the event in Duos or Trios, you can complete my setup very quickly, giving you enough time to jump to the next chest and set the traps on the other side.
