Aromatisse (trade Spritzee with Sachet required)
Slurpuff (needs to trade Swirlix for Whipped Cream)

Steelix is not available in Pokemon Legends: ZA's base game until you start a post-game mission, but you can only catch an Alpha Steelix as a certain encounter, there is no way to get it out of this mission or trade. All but these five trade-only Pokémon can be found in the wild.

The Pokemon Legends: ZA DLC doesn't atone for its trade-specific sins

For whatever reason, Milotic still needs to get an online trade, making the DLC Pokedex impossible to complete alone. This calls for the Linking Cord to be reused in more future games, especially for returning Pokémon that cannot be found in the wild.

Season 6 will offer the Mega Swampert, which cannot be obtained elsewhere.
Season 7 will offer the Mega Blaziken, which cannot be obtained elsewhere.

While these are Mega Evolutions, there are at least seven Pokemon that cannot be obtained with a Nintendo Switch Online subscription. Combined with the lack of Linking Cord, this number will be at least eight, counting Milotic, and possibly nine if the unreleased Mega Garchomp Z is also a ranked prize.
