Doris does not have a permanent store. He only appears in certain weather conditions, and his location changes depending on the event. To know if he's coming, turn on your in-game clock and Check the weather forecast.

Doris appears during rain, snow, meteor showers, and rainbow events. Each of these weather types puts him in a different position and changes what he sells Hartopia.

Where to find Doris during rain and snow

When it's raining or actively snowing, go Art Street District in the main city. Even in heavy weather Doris will stand there with her stall.

Don't confuse a snow day with an actual snow event. Doris is only visible during active snowstorms.
