M24	Bolt-action rifle	Ridiculously strong with how fast its bullets fly.
SVDS	Marsman rifle	You can shoot your ammo very quickly, and the bullets fly to their targets very quickly.
U191	Marsman rifle	An absurdly good rifle with practically no recoil.
P90	Submachine gun	Probably the best short range weapon in the game.

The weapons in each tier are not ordered from best to worst in their category. They are sorted first by type and then alphabetically.

Tier A

CZ 807	Assault rifle	You won't get another weapon this good for the price.
F2000	Assault rifle	For the money, you are getting a pretty strong weapon.
T03	Assault rifle	A good fire-rate is required to be in the top tier.
T191	Assault rifle	It is good for short distances and suitable for use when firing from the hip. Really expensive.
Mosin	Bolt-action rifle	For its price (it is considered a weapon for beginners), it is more than decent.
SVTU	Carbine	One red ammo bullet, one headshot.
M110	Marksman Rifle	The best gun in its category, it just lacks the strength of the SVDS.
Daigle	pistol	The best pistol in the game. G-Eagle also goes here.
USAS-12	the gun	If you want to play with a shotgun as your secondary weapon, go with the USAS-12 and forget the rest. This is the most useful of the bunch.
Vector 45	Submachine gun	When your SMG doesn't have recoil like this, you're doing well.
Vector 9	Submachine gun	Not a big difference compared to the previous gun.

Tier B

AKM	Assault rifle	Good balance in power and fire rate.
AMB-17	Assault rifle	Viable, but always aim low because the recoil will mess with you.

FAL	Assault rifle	Too expensive to max-up for its low fire-rate. still viable.
MCX	Assault rifle	Great secondary weapon for the price. Use it for short ranges though.
MDR	Assault rifle	Worth a try because it's really cheap.
SCAR-L	Assault rifle	Very expensive and low fire rate, but it is easy to use.
T951	Assault rifle	Cheap and strong, considering the more affordable options in the game.
SJ16	Bolt-action rifle	Expensive and with bad ergonomics. Still, red can pack a punch with ammo.
M16	Carbine	Good if you have the skill to control its fire rate.
SA85M	Carbine	Type of average carbine. You'll get the bare minimum you'd expect from this type, without any really strong qualities.
Mk14	Marksman Rifle	Really expensive ammo, but it's a solid rifle overall.
VSS	Marksman Rifle	It was buffed, but its back and price kept it down in this tier.
T05	pistol	It can help you in tight situations, and bringing out your pistol is always a quick option, but it's not really that strong or useful.
M870	the gun	This one and the rest of the guns are anyway. They work at short ranges (it's a shotgun, right?), but it doesn't have any of the extra qualities of the USAS-12.
MP5	Submachine gun	A good starting Submachine Gun for the price.
Uji	Submachine gun	A good enough SMG to use as a secondary weapon for short range.

Tier C

CZ 52	pistol	This and all other pistols not mentioned in the article are pretty useless.
MPX	Submachine gun	It may be good as a secondary gun, but the recoil at long range is brutal.
PP19	Submachine gun	Save your money for any other SMG.
T79	Submachine gun	The worst of the bunch thanks to its accuracy and firing range.
