As the hero in the Demon SlayerTanjiro Kamado has killed many villains, and that's one of the reasons fans love him so much. Tanjiro won big against Kyogai and Enmuka, then he defeated Gyutaro and Hantengu of Upper Moon. Tanjiro can't be there for every single fight, though, so it's up to his allies to pick up the slack.
Supporting characters like Zenitsu, Inosuke, and various Hashira need their chance to shine in battle, and they have hard-hitting victories to show for it. They take down more than a few notable villains with little or no help from Tanjiro, and it's always exciting to watch. Interestingly, there is one case where the villain defeated himself, which spoke volumes about that character's own arc.

Gyoko was foolish enough to challenge the power of Muichiro's demon slayer Mark
Rank: Upper Moon 5
Tanjiro did well to fight the Upper Moon 4, Hantengu, and deal the final blow against a seemingly incompetent opponent. Hantengu was a one-man team with extra bodies based on his emotions, while his real body was small and hard to hold. Incredibly, Tanjiro was willing to leave Nezuko to her fate in the morning sun so he could kill Hantengu. This leaves the question of Gyoko, whom Tanjiro did not fight at all.
It took several fighters to keep Hantengu at bay, so only Muichiro Tokito, Mist Hashira, was free to face the Aquatic Upper Moon 5. That was when the air-headed, emotionless-looking Muichiro showed his true colors as a motivated swordsman who would give anything to defeat evil. More importantly, Muichiro awakened his Demon Slayer Mark to turn the tables against his superior rival. He became one of the few characters to face the upper moon and win alone.
Akaja chose to destroy himself rather than continue the empty violence of his life
Rank: Upper Moon 3
On some levels, Tanjiro claims victory over Akaza, but not completely. Previously, Tanjiro could only watch as Kyozuro Rengoku fought a losing battle against Akaza in the Mugen Train Arc, where Tanjiro claimed a moral victory for Kyozuro. Much later, in the Infinity Castle arc, it was Tanjiro's turn to battle Akaja and seek revenge. There was even Giyu Tomioka to back him up, but even two water breathing users couldn't take down the Upper Moon 3 so easily.

Nezuko may not be a demon slayer, but that hasn't stopped her from killing throughout the series.
In fact, Akaza did the impossible and ended the fight without even a headbutt. It was a horrifying sight to see Akaja's headless body go through the motions, and Tanjiro and Giyu felt they had no choice. Fortunately for them, Akaja thinks back on his violent days as a human, and chooses to destroy himself. It was a form of emotional closure as Akaja tried in vain to let her pain and grief out of constant fighting.
Kaigaku's defeat at the hands of Genitsu helped unleash the legacy of Thunder Breathing
Rank: Upper Moon 6
Genitsu Agatsuma is another character who has triumphed in Upper Moon Solo, although it is noted that Kaigaku had not yet fully grown into his role as Upper Moon 6. Regardless, Genitsu displayed some impressive growth both inside and outside of taking on his former fellow apprentice. It also showed that even though Genitsu knew fewer Thunder Breathing forms than Kaigaku, he had the spirit and strength needed to bridge the gap.
In the process, Genitsu helped redeem the idea of Thunder Breathing, as Kaigaku had distorted it into a demonic instrument of evil and cruelty. In some ways, Kaigaku was Jigoro's true successor who was more adept at Thunder Breathing than Genitsu at the time. Thunder Breathing seemed to be in bad shape for a while, but Genitsu's victory changed everything as he defeated Kaigaku without any help from Tanjiro or Inosuke.

Tanjiro would gladly help if he could, but he was busy elsewhere.

No demon slayer has ever defeated Nakime in battle
Rank: Upper Moon 4

From the beginning, he had a supporting role to play for Muzan's elite minions, never leaving Infinity Castle in the service of his master. Nakime's job was to teleport people around and spy on the demon slayers, but eventually, the demon slayers challenged him to a fight.
Nakime is tougher than she looks, using her unusual techniques in Infinity Castle to avoid harm while pressuring Mitsuri and Obanai. Notably, not long after his promotion to Upper Moon 4, Nakime was absorbed by Muzan, a humiliating end to this loyal monster's modest arc.
