One of the new quests added in the Headwinds update for ARC Raiders is a scene. How to get the rotary encoder on ARC Raiders (with visual search)
With a visual search inside ARC Raiders There are different sets of objectives which can be divided into two parts. The first thing players need to do is find the Rotary Encoder, which is an Exodus-type item that can mainly be found. Medical research, business centers, and assembly workshops.
When visiting one of the aforementioned areas, make sure to look inside White drawers, cabinets, and tool table drawers which are located in these locations. This is a rare item, so you won't have much trouble finding a rotary encoder in a single run.
