Sung Jinwoo
The strongest human in the series
Sung Jinwoo is one of the most powerful characters in solo leveling. After being selected by the system, Jinwu became a person with unlimited abilities. As long as he defeats enemies, he becomes stronger.
In addition to significantly increasing his physical abilities, raising his level also gives him access to special skills. Jinwu uses his newly acquired powers to defeat his enemies. At the end of the story, Jinwu is easily the strongest human character in solo leveling, simply for being absolute survival strong.

Several S-Rank hunters were killed
Beru was born as an ant king, but became a shadow after being beaten by Jinwu. Like Jinwoo's other shadows, Beru is fiercely loyal to his master and will do anything to protect him from harm.

In the solo leveling anime these characters are strong enough to defeat even the best and most powerful hunters in the world.
However, he couldn't hope to keep Jinwoo safe if he was weakened. Thankfully, Beru is an absolute behemoth with insane speed and power. In the Jeju Island arc, he was able to easily destroy several S-Rank Japanese hunters. Even the powerful Goto Ryuji couldn't stop Beru from destroying it.

National level hunters
All are ridiculously powerful
There are a total of four national level hunters in solo leveling, and all of them are blessed with incredible power. After all, they couldn't defeat the Commish if they were weak. To countless, Kamish was a magical creature that killed countless S-rank hunters. Naturally, the national level hunters will have to be strong if they have any chance of beating it.
In the anime, Liu Zhigang showed his prowess by killing many ants trying to enter his country. The rest of the national level hunters are equally powerful, so any sane person who values his life would do well to stay away from them.

Antares
The second-powerful king
Antares is known as the Emperor of Destruction and is widely considered one of the strongest characters in the series. As a king, Antares has an insane amount of mana, so he can use as many spells as he wants. He can summon beasts as deadly as Kamish to do his bidding.
Furthermore, he has rapid regeneration, which allows him to quickly recover from any type of damage. Antares' defense is another problem his opponents will have to deal with. Most attacks can't even make a dent in his armor, giving him another advantage in battles. Antares is also armed with the Breath of Destruction, with which he can single-handedly destroy entire armies.

Sung Il-hwan
Immense power was conferred by the rulers
Sung Il-hwan is Jinwu's father and a loyal pawn of the rulers. After being trapped in a dungeon for years, the rulers gave Il-hwan a bullet to live in exchange for his service. With no other option, he agreed and was willing to perform any tasks for them.

Almost all emperors have immense power, so it is almost impossible for even S-Rank hunters to defeat them. Silad also beat Christopher Reed, a nationally ranked hunter, with little or no trouble. However, it would be remiss to mention that Sillad was accompanied in the ambush by Rakan and Queharsha.

Kandiyaru
Almost killed Sung Jinwoo
Kandiaru is the architect of the system, so he is aware of all its functions. For most of the story, his identity remained a mystery, but that changed in the Double Dungeon arc. In the arc, Kandiaru invited Sung Jinwu to Kartenan Temple to learn about the system. However, the architect wasn't willing to put answers on a platter for him.
So, he challenged Jinwoo to a duel and stipulated that he must win within 10 minutes. Surprisingly, Kanidaru had the upper hand in the fight. He dazzled the hero with his ridiculous speed and strength. Considering his performance against Jinwoo, it is possible to assume that Kandiaru is much stronger than S-rank Hunters.
