Legendary Super Saiyan Broly forced Gogeta to turn Super Saiyan Blue at full power

Black Frieza defeated Ultra Instinct Goku and Ultra Ego Vegeta in a single hit
Black Frieza may honestly be the single most powerful transformation Dragon Ball history presented at the end of Dragon Ball Super In the manga's Granolah Saga, Black Frieza arrives during the final battle, instantly kills Gas, and then takes out both Ultra Ego Vegeta and Ultra Instinct Goku with a single strike. Frieza then leaves, allowing the two Saiyans to survive only because they are not his targets now (and because it wouldn't be a fair fight at all).
Goku and Vegeta are already training to defeat Black Frieza, but there is no telling if they are strong enough to stand a chance. Since Gohan is as powerful as a beast, he cannot compare to Black Frieza in terms of achievements. Gohan Beast may have been able to defeat Ultra Instinct Goku, but Goku still put up a good fight and was able to quickly reactivate Mastered Ultra Instinct. Gohan would never be the one to defeat Black Frieza no matter what Dragon Ball Super: Super Herohas set him up for success.

Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta is the most powerful fusion of all time
Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta holds the distinct honor of being the only fusion to actually win a battle between them Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super. It's hard to believe, but Gotenks, Vegito, and Kefla never actually win any battles – they all lose, intentionally or otherwise. Gogeta's battle with the legendary Super Saiyan Broly is the first time Fusion wins. And what a win it was. Strong enough to tear through the fabric of reality, SSB Gogeta is capable of surpassing the legendary Super Saiyan Broly in every way.
Toei Animation is officially fixing Dragon Ball Super forever
Dragon Ball Super is getting fixed once and for all by Toei Animation.
It's possible that Goku and Vegeta eventually managed to overcome Beerus as Gogeta (they never fused to fight the God of Destruction). Considering how easily Gogeta defeated Broly, Gohan Beast wouldn't stand a chance against Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta. The best he can do is probably defeat Base Gogeta, but even that sounds like a pipe dream.

Beerus is the strongest god in the multiverse
The Dragon Ball Super The universe survival arc of the manga makes it abundantly clear that Beerus is the strongest god of destruction in the multiverse. During the Zeno exhibition, all the Gods of Destruction gather together for a battle royale. The fight is too chaotic and violent for Genos to enjoy, let alone pursue, but before they can break it up, Beerus grabs the last man standing. Not only that, he ends up using his own version of Ultra Instinct to dodge the attack and stay in the fight.
Beerus has also been trying to benchmark Goku and Vegeta Dragon Ball Z: Battle of the GodsAnd anytime they come close to matching his power level, it's revealed that Beerus is one step ahead. Gohan isn't much stronger than Goku or Vegeta, even in his beast mode, so there's no way he could do any real damage to Beerus when he goes full power.

Whist and Angels are just on another level in terms of power scaling
Whis, Angels, and Grand Minister are in a league of their own as far as that goes Dragon Ball Super is worried During the final battle with Moro in the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga, Whis is able to block Moro's blow to the planet which Goku only reacts to. Joe moves so fast, even Jako and Krillin don't make the move in time. Whis was able to dodge all of Legendary Super Saiyan Broly's attacks without any problem.
In a real fight against anyone but themselves, the Angels would win every time. Not mortal Dragon Ball Super The real God of Destruction has come close to being defeated, and each Angel is individually stronger than the God of their universe. As hard as Gohan Beast fights, he will always lose in a match against Whis, Grand Priest, or any other Angel.
