Description: Blade of Grace that never breaks
Kotetsu (Grace) allows Grace to collect a knife from an item box, which is found in any save room along with a typewriter. The Kotetsu is a wonderful item that will make future games useful, as it is a knife that will never break.
This means unlimited durability and endless opportunities to stab zombies trying to grab and eat Grace. While Grace can find makeshift knives around the care center, Kotetsu now means she can turn them into scraps for larger items, and she'll never be without a knife to protect her from deadly attacks.
Rugged Rookie Charm (Grace)

Description: Increases firepower by placing it in your inventory
While a little on the expensive side, the Rugged Rookie Charm is going to be another bonus to help Grace focus on survival. The Rugged Rookie Charm can be collected from item boxes and placed in Grace's inventory for permanent residence, where, while there, she will increase her firepower.
This means that his gun will deal more damage, which is great when you don't want to sneak around enemies. The extra firepower means you can shoot for the head and drop zombies in a few bullets instead of what feels like a whole magazine.

Description: Increases blood collection ability by 50.
The Blood Collector is an extremely useful item associated with Grace that allows her to harvest pools of blood that can be found on the floor, blood transfusion packs, and dead enemies. There is a lot of blood to collect, and the default blood collector can only handle 100.
With the upgrade from the Parlor and Matsuoka's Master Manual bonus, Grace can now store 200 blood in the Blood Collector. This would make crafting items much easier, and would also allow Grace the much-needed ability to use Empty Injectors to create permanent health and damage upgrades.
Advanced Tuning (Leon)

With the Advanced Tuning Upgrade, you can now enter supply boxes with Leon to spend credits on additional levels of upgrades for weapon parts. In the main game, Leon only has access to Tier 2 upgrades, but Advanced Tuning unlocks Tier 3+, ensuring he can spend credits on more damage, ammo capacity, reload speed, and more.
Clatter Carbine (Leon)

Description: Assault rifle fitted with a large suppressor. The rate of fire is moderate, but each shot packs a punch. Uses machine gun ammo.
If Leon doesn't have enough firepower, the Clatter Carbine comes in and shatters the competition. For your first playthrough, you'll inevitably notice how much machine gun ammo you'll be picking up. In fact, you may have sold more than you used, because the default machine gun isn't very good compared to other weapons you'll find.
However, the Clutter Carbine makes the best use of machine gun ammo you'll find. With so much ammo, the Clatter Carbine comes in clutch with its hard-hitting stopping power, magazine size, and aiming ability, ensuring you have the perfect weapon you need for a second playthrough as Leon.
Tactical Tracker (Modded) (Leon)

Description: Modified tactical tracker to offer more credits per kill.
Leon can find a tactical tracker at the central camp inside East Raccoon City. With Tactical Tracker, each kill is worth 500 credits, which can be exchanged in a supply box to increase Leon's firepower to buy new weapons, supplies, and more upgrades. With Tactical Tracker (Modded), those credits will always be increasing.
Players will earn more credits per kill with the modded Tactical Tracker, and with Raccoon City swarming with enemies, it stacks up quickly. Combined with Advanced Tuning exclusive content, this means you can purchase those Tier 3+ upgrades for your guns in no time.
