King Kong Gun

Used through: Gear 4 and Mini Gear 4
Luffy has the ability to use a strong force King Kong Gun. This ability is accessible to him at Gear 4 and sees him pump an incredible amount of air into his hands to make it completely massive. Then, Luffy opens his giant fist at his enemy from above and crushes them with heavy force. This attack was used by Luffy to defeat Doflamingo. Now that he is a Yonko, Luffy can coat this attack with an incredible amount of Conqueror's Haki and then bring it down on his foe with overwhelming force. With the highly refined Ryuo and Conqueror's Haki, the King Kong Gun should be strong enough to take down a powerful Yonko with ease.
It's even more surprising to learn that Luffy can now use Gear 4 without activating it on his full body. As such, Luffy can now easily pull off abilities like the King Kong Gun, even without fully turning into Gear 4, and can do so multiple times in battle. In fact, even things like King Kong Gatling should be possible for him now. When covered in the color of the Supreme King, this attack will definitely take out the Yonko.

The Over Kong Gun is one of Luffy's latest techniques that he developed during his fight against Kaido. It is simply a much larger version of the Kong Gun, but coated in Conqueror's Haki and launched with much more brutal force. Kong over the gun So strong that it also dealt some lethal damage to Kaido, but because he was a dragon with incredible flexibility and durability, Kaido was able to tank most of this damage. However, not all yonko are built this way.
For example, Shanks is a normal human without that extra durability. Meanwhile, Blackbird, while incredibly tough, isn't as tough as Kaido, and Big Mom isn't nearly as tough either. If Luffy were to use a powerful version of the Over Kong Gun at the end of the battle, it would definitely be enough to take them out, especially now that he has mastered Gear 4 incredibly high.

Gomu Gomu no Giant
While technically not just an attack, Gomu Gomu no Giant One of the strongest abilities Luffy has in his arsenal. It is only usable for Luffy in Gear 5, and with it, he can essentially turn himself into a giant. This allows Luffy to fight with more ferocity in battle and gives him an incredibly high level of strength.
Obviously, against stronger and bigger enemies, Gomu Gomu no Giant is an incredible power for Luffy, and it helps him easily crush enemies with ease. This ability was used against Kaido, and it definitely made a difference. When used against Kizaru, it once again allowed him to completely immobilize the Admiral on more than one occasion, and also allowed him to bleed out by squeezing between his arms. This ability can be made even stronger when combined with a high level Supreme King Haki, and it should be enough for Luffy to take down many strong characters.

In the Elbaf arc, Luffy continues to demonstrate his incredible mastery of Gear 5's powers. In the battle against the Holy Knights, he used what is known as an incredibly powerful technique. Bajrang Gun
When it comes to the strongest attack that Luffy can essentially take out anyone in the world a piece, Bajrang Gun comes to mind. This attack was used by Luffy in the Wano Country Arc during his battle against Kaido. The last attack he launched was on the Yonko, which managed to completely crush him. Bajrang Gun sees Luffy grow his fist to an incredible size comparable to an island. He retracts his fists in a similar style to Gear 4 and also coats his fists in fire. Utilizing high-level Conqueror's Haki and Armament Haki, Luffy is able to deal incredible amounts of internal damage to his enemies and completely crush them.
Even the strongest of Yonko falls with a Bajrang Gun blow, and that's how powerful it is. Of course, this power also takes a lot from Luffy, but with time, he can learn to use it more often in single combat. Things like the Bajrang Gatling may be possible for Luffy to use as he continues to develop Gear 5. At the end of the day, Luffy is one of the strongest fighters in One Piece, and he has many other abilities that can take down Yonko easily and if used properly. Fans will definitely see him use these powers in the final saga as it continues, and that will surely be incredibly exciting.
