Izuna Uchiha

Izuna Uchiha He was Madara's younger brother who lived during the Warring States period of the story. Izuna was incredibly skilled at the Sharingan and was one of the few to awaken the Mangekyo Sharingan in his lifetime. As such, his overall Genjutsu ability was far greater than the average Uchiha. Unfortunately, he was still not as strong as some of the others as he was killed in battle by the Tobira Senju.
Izuna's genjutsu prowess made him overconfident in battle, as was evident when he fought Tobirama. He was definitely skilled in this art, but not enough compared to the other ninjas in Naruto's world.

Sarada Uchiha A very powerful ninja who has demonstrated some skill with Genjutsu abilities. Now that Sarada has revealed the Mangekyo Sharingan and awakened Ohirume's power, it goes without saying that her overall prowess has increased even more.
Sarada doesn't seem to rely too much on genjutsu skills, making her one of the weaker genjutsu that the Uchiha use. In the future, she will probably learn some of these powerful abilities and even stun powerful enemies.

Obito Uchiha One of the most underrated genjutsu users in the entire story. While his fighting style saw him use Kamui in battle, Obito was much more than that. In fact, he was one of the very few who could use genjutsu against a perfect jinchuriki.
It is a known fact that Yagura was a perfect Jinchuriki, with the power of Isobu. Yet, somehow, Obito was able to cast a powerful genjutsu on not only him, but his beast as well, making him completely his own puppet to control however he wished. This is a great genjutsu feat that hardly anyone can duplicate in the entire story. Obito's skills with genjutsu were incredibly advanced. It's a shame he didn't use them more often in battle, but it makes sense why he didn't, since his other abilities were so powerful, and he was so good at them.
Shisui Uchiha

When it comes to the art of genjutsu, Shisui Uchiha Definitely among the best. Shisui awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan at a young age. His Mangekyo Sharingan's special power was Kotomatsukami, and is an extremely dangerous genjutsu that essentially controls the target without them realizing they are being controlled. Shisui can make anyone do anything he wants with his powerful genjutsu.

The best part is that the user does not know they are in Genjutsu, so breaking it is essentially impossible without external help. Shisui could even take over the entire world, and this shows his immense genjutsu ability. Unfortunately, this power was stolen by Danzo, and the other eye was given to Itachi Uchiha. If Shisui had lived long enough and fulfilled his potential, his overall genjutsu ability would have reached a whole new level, and it would have shown how dangerous a ninja he truly was.

Itachi Uchiha
If there was a ninja who possessed the most dangerous genjutsu, this was definitely it Itachi Uchiha. Itachi had the power of Tsukuyomi in one of his Mangekyo Sharingan, and it goes without saying that it was one of the deadliest genjutsu in existence. Essentially, those caught in Tsukuyomi are placed in a world where Itachi controls both space and time. As such, even a second can feel like an eternity in Tsukuyomi's world, and he can deal all kinds of psychological damage with this genjutsu.
A single second of Tsukuyomi can completely cripple even the strongest ninjas like Kakashi. If Itachi had wanted to, he could have killed Kakashi, Naruto and Sasuke with his powerful genjutsu. What's more, it's one of the only genjutsu that can actually kill the target, and that makes it really dangerous. It's a shame that Itachi died so soon, because if he had been allowed to live, he would have been the most dangerous ninja in the history of the shinobi world.
Sasuke Uchiha
Itachi's younger brother, Sasuke UchihaAlso a very skilled user of Genjutsu. Although Sasuke does not use this power very often, he shows remarkable feats with illusionary techniques during the Fourth Great Ninja War. When Sasuke fought against Kabuto, he showed that he was skilled enough to match his brother Itachi with Genjutsu. After awakening the Rinnegan, Sasuke's overall genjutsu ability reached a whole new level. He was also able to put Sakura in genjutsu, who is naturally known to have a very high resistance to this skill.
On top of that, Sasuke was able to cast the powerful Rinnegan Genjutsu on all nine tailed beasts at once, completely restraining them and even draining them of their chakra. This power of Sasuke Uchiha shows that his skill with Genjutsu was on a completely different level. His genjutsu was not as dangerous as Itachi's, but the fact that he could control nine powerful tailed beasts at once and use them as weapons showed that he surpassed even Itachi. It's a shame that Sasuke has never used this genjutsu ability.
Madara Uchiha

Genjutsu: Eternal Tsukuyomi
Of all the Uchiha, there was one with the ultimate genjutsu Madara Uchiha. Although Madara didn't have great skill with his own hands, especially with genjutsu, he became the Ten-Tails Jinchuuriki and after absorbing the God Tree, he gained access to the Rinnegan. This allowed him to reflect this eye from the moon and cast Eternal Tsukuyomi, known as the strongest genjutsu in the entire series.
With it, Madara could put the entire population of Earth into an eternal genjutsu where a different reality could exist. This is the ultimate ability in the Naruto series, and Madara is one of only two people able to use it.
