Flash coating
-
exhaust coating

Protective down coating
After you find the endangered Tigrex and fight them in the forest, you get access to all the weapons you can make from their parts, and they are very powerful, though the bow is the most.

Rebel's Bow – Devilzho
-
Poison coating

Deviljho can be found first in Canalta Timberland if you use paintball and manage to defeat them. It's well worth it though, as the weapons they offer are top-notch, right down to the endgame.
Rebel's bow has one of the highest attack stats in the game when dealing dragon damage, and also has a high Wyvernfell stat of 35. These coatings help you weaken your prey before you land the fatal strike.
Weldian Arcum – Archveld
-
Purity down coating
-
Evasion down coating
After first appearing in Monster Hunter Wilds and finding a unique use for the Wyvernsoul Gauge here, Arkveld has weapons that are designed to be used however you want, somewhat light on features before you add your own.
One of the strongest bows with a max Dragon damage of 170 and a decent Wyvernfell of 25, the Veldian Arcum comes with three decoration slots for you to do whatever you want, while default coatings make it harder for enemies to hit you, and easier for you to hit them.
Diablos Coilbender – Diablos
-
exhaust coating
-
Attack down coating
-
Evasion down coating
Diablos are the fear of everyone in every game they're in, and while they're less of a threat here, their weapons still show how much latent power they wield.

-
Paralysis coating
-
Sleep coating
-
Flash coating

Ashen Rage – Glavenous
-
Bleed coating
-
Power coating
The Glavenus, aside from the initially Honed versions, appears most consistently in Tarkuan, and allows you instant access to a bevy of some of the strongest weapons in the game, also useful for end game content.

Glacier Arrow – Legiana
-
Sleep coating

-
Bleed coating
-
Power coating
-
Purity down coating

Dragon Solar Bow – Yama Sukami
-
Paralysis coating
-

-
Power coating
-
Protective down coating

Iceflinger – Velkhana
-
Paralysis coating
-
Power coating
Velkhana is one of the easier Elder Dragons if you know how to handle them, and it makes stockpiling materials for their weapons and armor very easy. Which is great, because their tools are the strongest in the game.
The Iceflinger Bow comes with 174 ice damage, one of the highest, as well as 25 Wyvernfell and two decoration slots. Its advantages are only two coatings, although you can easily add your own free decoration slots.
