Holy places often belong to witches Crimson Desert. You can help them by cleaning up corrupt sanctuaries that are being overtaken by cultists. Cloister of Destruction Guide in the Crimson Desert
Get ready to fight a pair of Entumbra bosses to unseal the Cloister of Ruination in the Crimson Desert.
All sanctuary locations in the Crimson Desert
There are a total of 16 sanctum sanctorums Crimson Desert. You can find the full list under the Sanctums tab in the Challenges section. The important thing to note is that you cannot cleanse a holy place until the players have met its corresponding witch. You can defeat enemies and free it, but not clear it.
The Holy of Holies of Temperance
The Sanctuary of Temprance is located just south of Unicorn Cliff within Hernand's Grace Estate. You can probably go south from the river Naas and follow the dirt path to get there. There are two fusion cores you need to find to clear it.
The Holy Place of Salvation
On the map the Sanctuary of Salvation can be seen south of Scolstone. You have to climb a mountain to get there and luckily, there are a lot of Abyss Nexus and Cressets. Aside from the usual enemies, players must also defeat the Sword of Antumbra to liberate the Sanctuary of Salvation. Look for the missing fusion cores and place them in the empty slots to clean them up.
The holy place of blessing
Go west of Hernand under E of Hernand to find the Benedictine sanctuary. You can start from the town of Hernand and follow the dirt path slightly northwest to eventually find the sanctuary. Defeat the enemies and clean it up thanks to the Witch of Wisdom.
The holy place of repentance
The Sanctum of Penance is very close to the Sanctum of Temperance. Follow the dirt path and head southeast from Unicorn Cliff to find the Sanctuary. There are no bosses here, just kill the cultists and find the fusion cores.
The Holy of Holies
The Sanctum of Exultation is located on the east side near Silver Wolf Mountain. Follow the dirt path from northwest Pailune to reach the sanctum. It is associated with the Witch of Mercy, so be sure to locate her before attempting to clear it.

Assist the strangers around Pywel to meet all five witches in the Crimson Desert.
Sanctum of Solace location
Pailune is the sanctuary of Solace, southwest of the city or east of the Witch's House. You can aim for A in Pailune to find it easily. Defeat Antumbra's staff and cultists to free it, then locate the fusion core to clear it.

Witch of mercy
Head southeast of the Stormtalon Ridge Mountains to see the Sanctuary of Salvation in Pailune. There is a dirt road connecting it to other places, so it should be easy to reach. Get the fusion core and clean it.
The Holy Place of Atonement
For the Sanctuary of Atonement, return to Hernand and try to go north of the first A on the map. Defeat the enemies and clear the sanctuary.
A holy place of devotion
Head west to Devhaven of Demenis to find a shrine of devotion. It is aligned with one of the dirt paths, so follow it to reach the area.
A holy place of worship
Travel to Delesia and enter the Shrine of Worship by reaching the Blue Thicket. Take care of the cultists and clean the sanctuary.
The holy place of faith
Go to the Gray Forest from the Blue Thicket in Delesia to find the Sanctuary of Faith. Open the Abyss Nexus next to it for easy access later.
A holy place of worship
Cross the water to an adjacent patch of Delesian land, follow the dirt path to come to the Sanctuary of Oblation. Get the Fusion Core to complete the quest.
The Holy of Holies
The Sanctuary of Expiation is located east of Drexfall Gorge within the Azarian Estate. Activate the generator with the fusion core to clean the sanctum.
The holy place of sacrifice
While exploring the Crimson Desert, visit the Sanctuary of Sacrifice located northeast of Drywind Valley within Tashkalp.
The holy place of light
Head northeast of the Serpent Marsh and enter the Sanctuary of Light to defeat the cultists as well as the Spear of Antumbra. After freeing the sanctum sanctorum, clean it.
The Witch of Shakti is in the Crimson Desert and you can't get the task of clearing her sanctuaries until you reach a certain point in the main quest.
Holy place of mortification place
Part of completing the Pieces of Darkness quest is clearing the Sanctuary of Mortification. It is found northwest of Golden Plains in Demenis within the Byron Estate. You can't clear it before triggering the required main quest.
