How to use work medals
In the character menu, you can navigate to the Job Medals tab and see which (if any) job medals you currently have equipped on your chosen character, and You can have up to three different job medals per character.
Equipped Job Medal loadouts are not interchangeable between characters.
Employment Medals grant various buffs. For example, the two-star White Mage job medal gives: Increases recovery amount by +2:00%.
Each job medal also has a same color bonus, so if you have two of the three medals in the same color, they each get a +0.50% bonus to their stat. If all three medals match in color, they get a +1.00% boost.
The tricky thing with job medals is that you are dealing with lady luck as they are not a fixed item that you will always own. You can choose Change employment badges at any timeAnd it will consume one of your available medals, but There is no guarantee that you will get better than what you are already equipped withAnd there is no way to go back to the medal you got earlier (unless you pull the same medal later).
When you choose to change job medals, the game will automatically use any character specific medals you previously had.
