How to change what Miis call you in Tomodachi Life Living the Dream

Changing a Mii's name in Tomodachi Life Living the Dream is easy but changing a player's name hides what they call you in the settings.

How to Check Mii's Hunger and Happiness in Tomodachi Life: Live the Dream

To check a Mii's happiness level, press Y to open the menu, select the one you want to check and press A. Press A again, and this will open a menu on the left side of the screen.. Towards the top of it, you'll see a gauge called 'Happiness', with a Lv number next to it. This is your happiness. Every time you feed them, play a game with them, or help them interact with a Scribble emoji next to them, you'll fill up the happiness gauge (and get some warm fuzzies). Once it's filled, they go up the happiness level, allowing you to give them gifts.

In addition to checking the happiness gauge on the bio page, you can also tell when a Mii is 'sad' or wants something by looking at the scribble icon next to their head. This is visible as you look around the island, as well as in the Mii quick menu accessed by pressing Y.

To check a Mii's hunger level, you need to look a little to the right of the happiness gauge in the Mii's bio menu.. Here, you'll find a small belly icon (circled in blue in the screenshot below). Each time you feed a Mii, the stomach will fill with red color indicating their 'fullness'. The more you feed the Mii, the longer it will stay full.

If you don't play games, you will neither be happy nor hungry. Then you can stop playing for a few days and rest assured that your Miis aren't starving or otherwise deeply unhappy.

It's worth noting that some foods will fill up a Mii more than others. For example, giving them a plate of sushi will satisfy their appetite more than giving them an apple will, just like in real life. If you need more food, you can go to the supermarket to buy it. There are new foods on offer every day, and I recommend buying any new food available to see if your Miis like it, love it, or hate it.

Keep in mind that you can share Miis with other players, as well as change their appearance or remove them from your island entirely.
