Baldur's Gate 3 Features a wide, detailed world to explore – you can spend hours exploring your surroundings and still find new and exciting things to surprise you. A particularly interesting detail is found in the first act – Hag.

After dealing with Aunt Ethel and progressing to her Hag lair at the end of her domain, you'll be presented with a room filled with gifts. Along with more obvious rewards like the Bitter Divorce Wand and Staff of Crones, there is A whole host of drugs with strange names.
These drugs All have unique effects, Most of them completely negative. The table below details the medications.

Drinking the hag's boon applies Aunt Ethel's special brew condition. This means you take 2d6 poison damage at the start of each turn unless you pass a DC 13 Constitution saving throw. |
You can't find a hag's boon with other potions. You only get it by picking up the hag's corpse in act one and taking it in act two. At some point in Act 2, the corpse disappears, and the hag's boon is left in its place.
