The Lonely Player Anomaly Commission in NTE takes you to a school called Clement Academy. You must be there at night and play a game with eight different Wandering Puppets. Afterward, head to the Auditorium to complete the mission and disperse the anomaly.

Lonely Player Anomaly Commission In NTE
To complete the Lonely Player Anomaly Commission in NTE, you must invite eight Lost Puppets by doing their cryptic tasks. Here are the eight Wandering Puppets you must find:
- Garden Puppet
- Gym Puppet
- Running Track Puppet
- Basketball Court Puppet
- Hallway Puppet
- Music Room Puppet
- Classroom Puppet
- Cooking Class Puppet
Once done, return to the Auditorium to complete the game.
The puppet only appears between 8 PM and 6 AM. If you fail a game, it might be because it’s past the puppet’s wandering time.
However, before trying to find these puppets, there are some side tasks to do that will assist the Lonely Player Anomaly Commission, which are:
How To Get Empathy Eye Drops In NTE
Go to the field and find the Student Who Lost Their Diary. Talk to her, and she will ask you to use Empathy Eye Drops to find her missing diary. Keep using the eye drop until you see where her diary is.
To fetch the student’s diary, look at the row of buildings, and go to the road to the right of the building with the stairs. You’ll soon arrive at a small garden that has trees.
On the bench is the Lost Diary. Pick it up, but don’t leave yet.
If it’s daytime, change the time to past 08:00 PM (20:00) to enter the nighttime, when the Wandering Puppets appear.
Garden Puppet In NTE
Now, you should see a puppet near the tree. When you approach it, it will disappear. The goal of this puppet game is to catch the invisible puppet.
There are multiple ways to catch this puppet:
- Stand still until the puppet bumps into you.
- Pay attention to the floor to see footprints, which indicate where the puppet is going.
- Turn the volume up and listen to where the footsteps are the loudest. The puppet would be around that area.
Once you find it, interact by pressing the Invite Puppet button.
Next, return to the student to give her the diary. She will give you the Empathy Eye Drop as a thank-you.
Gym Puppet In NTE
From the girl’s location, next to you would be a gym building. Enter the place by using the furthest door from you.
There would be five puppets by the door when you approach it. That’s how you know you’re at the right door.
When you try to enter, there would be something blocking the way. Attack the invisible barrier to reveal a puppet. This tells you the goal of this game: Find invisible puppets around the gym.
Thankfully, we already get the Empathy Eye Drop, which you can use to see from the invisible puppet’s perspective.
The first puppet is by the net.
The second puppet is by the net on the other side of the stage.
Stand in front of the green door, and move toward the net, and you should find the invisible puppet.
The third puppet is up the ladder, overlooking the stage.
The fourth puppet is on the stage.
Now, when you exit, the puppets outside will disappear.
Use the eye drop again to find the final puppet. This time, you can interact with it to Invite Puppet.
Running Track Puppet In NTE
Exit the gym and go find a puppet on the running track. Press Start Race to begin the game. To win, you must run to the finish line without losing the puppet from your camera. If you look away, the puppet will immediately arrive at the finish line.
So make sure to arrange your camera before you begin the race. Some puppets will appear in the middle of the track, which may remove the runner from your view, so keep an eye out for those too.

How To Get The Unconventional Attire In NTE (Zero’s Prison Outfit)
You can keep your prison outfit in Neverness to Everness, but it requires quite a lot of work.
Basketball Court Puppet In NTE
Once done running, look ahead to see the basketball court.
It’s located southwest of the runner’s start point.
This one is the easiest task: Be patient and wait until the puppet is between the two fields. Then you can choose Invite Puppet.
Hallway Puppet In NTE
Return to the Student Who Lost Their Diary location. Next to the building with stairs, there’s a door that leads to the building. Before doing this task, make sure you already have Cheese the camera, as I mentioned at the start of this guide.
When you’re at the doorway, you can see a puppet in the distance. When you approach it, it will crumble, and you will constantly get knocked when you’re in the hallway. The wind animation indicates something inside is moving fast past you, which is why you keep getting pushed.
Use Cheese here to stop time and reveal the puppet. You only have one chance, so make sure not to mess up this step.
Music Room Puppet In NTE
Still in the same building, go upstairs to 3F.
Next to the stairs is a music room.
To alter the room, keep walking in a circle in the direction where the floor is a different color. If you want to solve the piano riddle yourself, you can stand still and listen to the tune closely. Each time the room changes, the music changes too.
In total, there are three tunes to replicate.
Once ready, keep circling. This will slowly change the room.
Keep circling, and soon you’ll see the puppet playing a piano.
Now, you must replicate the tunes from when you were circling the room. The puppet uses the first 10 keys, and there are three tunes to replicate. Here’s the solution:
- Tune 1: 4 – 10 – 8 – 6 – 1 – 10 – 7 – 5
- Tune 2: 1 – 5 – 10 – 9 – 10 – 5 – 10 – 5 – 1 – 5 – 10 – 9 – 10 – 5 – 10 – 5
- Tune 3: 8 – 7 – 5 – 7 – 8 – 7 – 5 – 8 – 7 – 5
Make sure to press OK once you’re done with each tune. If done correctly, you will get a green smiley face on the marked spot.
You may fail the replication if you’re outside the puppet’s wandering time (6 AM or later). In this case, change the time to 8 PM, then redo from Tune 1.
Classroom Puppet In NTE
Exit the building and enter the one to the southeast. As you approach the puppet, it will keep moving until it disappears.
Enter the classroom at the end of the hallway.
Head to the door at the back and open it.
As you enter, the class will change, and there will be a puppet on the table. Interact with it.
Go to the door again to switch class.
Now, pick up the puppet on the cabinet. Then, switch classes again.
Open the locker in the corner and take the puppet. As usual, use the door to move classes once more.
This time, the puppet is hidden behind a vase.
Attack the vase and claim the puppet.
This time, when you go through the back door, you will reach some sort of storage room. Invite Puppet, then exit the building as you’re done here.

How To Switch Appraiser In NTE (Neverness To Everness)
Players can change the Appraiser after completing a quest in Neverness to Everness.
Cooking Class Puppet In NTE
Afterward, go to the building on the northwest, then go to 3F. You will find a cooking class, and the task for this game is to find which cup hides the ball.
You can try to follow the cup yourself or take a guess, but if you have followed the pre-requisites I mentioned, you can ask Peepy for help.
Peepy will tell you exactly which cup is the right one, even without you keeping track of them.
Auditorium Puppet In NTE
After playing with all eight puppets, return to the Auditorium and interact with the Wandering Puppet on the stage.
Wait until the puppet stops moving on the audience chair, then approach it.
Interact with the final puppet to complete the Lonely Player Anomaly Commission in NTE. Quite a long mission, but I love that there’s a lack of direction in this quest and that you have to figure out the cryptic tasks yourself.
