Beyond Netero
Beyond is a mysterious character in Netero Hunter x Hunter. He has yet to make a proper move, but he is fully involved in the current succession contest arc going on in the manga. Beyond Netero is the son of the late Isaac Netero. That fact alone makes it clear that this man is an absolute monster and a natural genius at nen.
Technically, Netero's powers have yet to be unveiled, and fans don't even know what his Nen type is. But, judging by the way the Hunter Association treated him and the fact that he had just returned from the Dark Continent, it could be determined that his nen reserves were definitely large. This will only become clear as the story progresses, and he may be an even higher character than Isaac.

Shayapauf
Among the royal guards, Shayapauf is not the strongest physically, however, like the others, he has his own impressive skills to show off. Shaiapouf is the strongest Manipulator Nen user around. Menthuthuyoupi
Youpi is the brutal force of the Royal Guards Hunter x Hunter. When it comes to physical strength alone, he is definitely the best around. He faced off against Killua, Knuckle, Shoot, and Morel, and he was able to fend them off with ease. In this fight, UP will also fall prey to Knuckle's Ara Bankrupt ability, Hackware.
In theory, Knuckle could bankrupt someone from their aura and send them into debt by lending their own nen aura. Netero
Isaac Netero has reached the pinnacle of nen-mastery in the world Hunter x Hunter Through decades of intense training and grueling battles. With that said, he is, of course, a character with a vast aura repertoire. Netero is a force of nature, but his training has given him such a large aura reserve.
In his prime, Isaac Netero was an unstoppable force that could take down almost anyone in his path. Even in his old age, he was strong enough to stand against Merum. Adult Gone
Adult Gon is the widely agreed upon name for the form that Gon takes during the Chimera Ant Arc against Neferpitou. In order to obtain this form, Gon takes a vow that sacrifices all of his nen in exchange for a temporary power-up to defeat the royal guard. In this form, Gon was compared to Meruem.
Gon's power was so strong in this form that he was able to not only kill Neferpitu, but also take his post-mortem return form, giving him a huge boost. This form basically grants Gon all of his lifetime aura reserves at once, and was one of the largest nen reserves seen in Hunter x Hunter.

Merum
In general, when talking about the best in almost any category in the world Hunter x HunterMeruem, the main antagonist of the Chimera Ant Arc, is the one to come out on top. Meruem's power is simply unmatched. He was able to defeat Isaac Netero, and not only that, but he was also able to avoid the Rose Bomb. If anything, Merum was still powerful after the bomb, especially after absorbing UP and Shippouf's aura.
Post-Rose Bomb, Merum had the highest measurable aura reserve. Had he lived longer, this aura reserve could have increased even more. His nen-ability, Aura Synthesis, also allows him to absorb the auras of other characters, giving him access to nearly infinite abilities and possibilities.

Alluka is Killua's younger sister, and has been possessed by a mysterious creature brought back from the Dark Continent known as Nanika. Nanika's powers and abilities are almost unmatched and can surpass Merum and Isaac Netero in terms of aura reserve.
In a way, Alluka has access to infinite aura reserves, allowing him to manipulate reality itself and make any wish come true. His aura was seen after he healed Gon during the presidential campaign. While she still doesn't have proper control over her powers, Nanika is a monster in almost every way, and over time, more information about her abilities will be revealed to fans.
