High capacity air tank datacard location in Subnautica 2
Where can I find the high capacity air tank blueprint in Subnautica 2?
The High capacity air tank blueprint Data is stored on the card, which means you don't need to scan any objects in the wild. Once you collect the datacard, the template will be added to your inventory to be created at your convenience.
To get to the datacard, you can start from the lifepod and head south-west. While a tadpole is always nice, it is not necessary. Once you're ready, you can essentially head south-west in a straight line. If you've visited the Great Joe Clam Leviathan, the directions will be exactly the same, as your destination is right in front of it.
Pretty soon, you'll reach the edge of a shallow area, and the ocean floor becomes sheer rock. From here, make sure you have a full tank of oxygen before you make your final push into the ruins.
There is an Oxygen Tunic next to the ruins next to the pit where the Great Jaw is. If you need air, go there, then return to the ruins.
HCAT Datacard Location:
You'll notice that the wreckage is sitting on an incline, resting on a cliff edge. The entrance is found at the lower end. Enter the ruins, then immediately turn left.
Inside, you'll see a high-capacity air tank datacard box on a table, next to a “twins” log.

Subnautica 2: How to get repair equipment
The repair tool is useful for maintaining your base and exploring broken bases, but it requires some advanced materials, which we've got here.
Where can I get lithium for plastic ingots?
To make the plastic ingots you'll need to make a high-capacity air tank, you'll need a piece of lithium. This is one of the rarest ingredients in the game, but you don't have to go far to get it.
Outside the ruins, look for a strange metal structure with a table in the center. If you go to the table, you will find a single lithium in a small coral shell.
Go back to the processor and make a plastic ingot using one lithium and two titanium. With that, go to your fabricator and build a high capacity air tank.
