Most of these items are found in the main quest, and we'll show you how to spawn and where to find them so you don't have to repeat the main easter egg twice. Audio Log #1 – Takeo's Solution

Hint: Progress through the main quest.
After you burn all 11 lanterns with the Nekomancer, go to the battle room and interact with the dead ghost. There is now an audio log behind Ghost, shown above.
Audio Log #2 – Mitsuhime's Honor

Hint: Progress through the main quest.
After you've completed the Fox Mask puzzle and interacted with the shiny mask in the upstairs storage rooms, you can find this audio log to the left of the mask.
Audio Log #3 – Takeshi's Fear

Hint: Progress through the main quest.
Once you get the coin purse, go to the Outer Ward, where the Rampage Inducer is, and watch the ghost cutscene. The audio log drops before the Rampage Inducer.
Audio Log #4 – Takeo's Devotion

Hint: Progress through the main quest.
Once you get the Pestle and Pufferfish through the ghost cutscene in the Kitchens, you can look opposite the Mystery Box Spawn to find the audio log in the basket.
Audio Log #5 – Takeshi's Perception

Once you've rebuilt the sake cup in the tea garden, look to the left of the table where it was rebuilt after the cutscene, and you'll find this audio log.
Audio Log #6 – Mitsuhime's Panic

After you reach the clock stage of the easter egg, look counterclockwise to find an audio log in the corner.
Audio Log #7 – Katanas Out

Hint: Progress through side quests.
Play as Takeo and use the Pysche Grenade in the War Room to start Takeo's Side Quest. After you spawn in the World Seed, you can find an audio log to the right of the Pack-A-Punch.
Audio Log #8 – Two Brothers
In the Outer Ward spawn area, look under the bridge.
Audio Log #9 – Paydirt

Hint: Between a rock and a hot spot.
Go to the Flower Garden and look behind the rock near the lava to the right of the phone xfill to find this audio log.
Audio Log #10 – Subverting Control
Hint: training montage.
In the training area, enter the building facing east and look in the right corner.
After opening the pack-a-punch, you can go through the onsen baths, where you can take cover on the roof while facing a large tree. In the right corner is a pizza, which can be interacted with for this audio log.
Audio Log #12 – What About Cats
When facing the mule kick at the Tenshu entrance, head left through the door, and you'll find this audio log by the lantern on the table.
All Document Locations in Kowakujo (2/2)
Document #1 – PssPssPss
Inside the Kitchens, you'll find a barrel to the right of Double Tap Root Beer. Interact with the barrels, and a document will pop out.
Document #2 – Hair raising
After you activate the Pack-A-Punch, turn around and look at the open wall where a wall-by can be found. Enter the wall, and to your right is a shelf that you can strike to find this document.

Artifact #1 – Ninja Kite

Hint: Progress through the main quest.
Once you've activated the Pack-A-Punch, go to Tenshu Rooftops, where you can find a flag pole with a paper fish. Interact with it for 500 Essence, and you can use the Ninja Kite glider. When you land, you'll receive intel.
Artifact #2 – Maneki-Neko

Artifact #3 – Nekomancer

Complete the Nekomancer Wonder Weapon quest, which is a longer mission for which you can find a dedicated guide here.
Artifact #4 – Kitsune Mask

Once you've activated all 11 lanterns with the Nekomancer as part of the Easter egg and watched the ghost cutscene, you can go up to the roof and activate the Ninja Kite. Hold right on the left stick and spam the interaction so you can grab the Fox Mask on the nearby roof while gliding.
Artifact #5 – Lantern Clock

Hint: Progress through the main quest.
Once you've revealed the fourth painting in the main easter egg, you can find a clock under the stairs where the PhD flopper is in the storage rooms. Just interact with the clock, and you'll get the intel.
Artwork #6 – Path of Sorrow

Hint: Progress through the main quest.
After you solve the murder mystery on your first try, you can fight Onrio by interacting with the orb that spawns in the meditation room, which will take you to the World Seed to “purify”. After the fight, you'll teleport back to the Pack-a-Punch room. Turn quickly to find the path to sorrow Sword in wood.
