Todo made a grand comeback in the Shinjuku Showdown arc, and here he shows that he's stronger than ever. After gaining access to Vibra Slap, Todo essentially managed to upgrade to Boogie Woogie. This cursed technique now allows him to swap up to 50 times a second.

Uraume is one of the most impressive curse users that fans have ever seen JJK. In JJK's Shinjuku Showdown arc, Uraume was mostly used for exhibition purposes. However, that doesn't take away from the fact that they're pretty incredible wizards that the vast majority will struggle against.
Urume fought against Kinji Hakari in Shinjuku, and despite the latter's amazing cursed technology and domain, Urume was still able to stop the battle.

Hajime Kashimo
Hajime Kashimo is an incredibly powerful figure from the ancient era who fans got to see fight well in Shinjuku Showdown.
His true power was brought out by tapping into the Cursed Technique Legendary Beast Amber. With it, he was able to use all the phenomena produced by electricity. Kashimo fought against Tsukuna and demonstrated his true lightning cursed energy manipulation. He was able to overwhelm Sukuna for a considerable amount of time and forced him to access his true form. Apparently, he is a huge user of jujutsu magic.

Yuji Itadori
Yuji Itadori becomes the world's deadliest magician in adulthood, but in Shinjuku, he is far from his peak. In this arc, Yuji grows even more as he taps into simple domain techniques. Yuji also gains the power to use two cursed techniques, these are Blood Manipulation and Shrine Technique.
His control over the cursed energy grew to a point where it almost felt like he was hitting the Black Flash at will. He can also use the Reverse Cursed Technique, making him a deadly mage. Clearly, when it comes to jujutsu wizards, Yuji is up there with the best.

Kenzaku
Kenzaku was one of the primary antagonists JJKAnd he was very important in the Shinjuku Showdown arc. Unfortunately, he met his end early in the arc, right after the fight between Gojo and Sukuna. Kenzaku was beheaded by Yuta Okkotsu.
However, in terms of overall sorcery, he was quite special and had a level of control over cursed energy that few could duplicate. In terms of hurdle technique, he was easily the best.

Yuta Okkotsu (Gozo's Body)
Yuta Okkotsu is definitely an incredibly powerful magician, and in the Shinjuku Showdown arc, he showed his immense resolve when we saw him take Gozo's body.
While strong on his own, in this state, Yuta reached a high level. He gained access to six eyes, unlimited cursed technology, and many other powerful abilities.

Gozo Satoru
The strongest modern mage, Gojo, was an extremely powerful man who stood on the same level as Ryomen Sukuna. Gozo had mastered the use of cursed energy to the highest level. During the Shinjuku Showdown, Gozo showed the ability to open his domain multiple times and displayed control over blue and red that even overpowered Sukuna. His purple was so strong that Tsukune openly admitted that he would die if hit head on at close range.
Gozo was the only one who made Tsukuna feel fear in 1000 years and almost won his battle. If he hadn't let his guard down to facilitate the plot, Gozo could have easily defeated Tsukuna. His use of his techniques was quite sensational and, overall, in terms of jujutsu magicians, the only person who could go head-to-head with him was the King of Curses, Sukuna. Sukuna was also full of praise for Gojo, and it shows the level he has achieved over the years.

Ryomen Sukuna
Quite easily, the best jujutsu magician in the Shinjuku Showdown arc was Ryomen Sukuna. In this arc, Sukuna showed why he was called King in the first place. Not only did he fight Gozo, he also fought many magicians after him. He made many binding promises in this Amark and, once again, it just showed that his grip on cursed energy was absolutely level. Sukuna was Gojo's true equal, and even though he probably lost the battle without the Ten Shadows, his overall knowledge of cursed energy was superior.
Sukuna showed such incredible control over his technique that he continued to battle even as he faced one magician after another. In the end, it took the collective effort of every magician to defeat him, but without luck, it was impossible to win the battle.
