After a massive, record-breaking wait, in which Larian made Baldur's Gate 3 console players wait three weeks for new content to drop, we've just received our second in less than a week.
Last week, 10 new additions dropped, including player choice and additional dynamic encounters based on the Witch Elf subrace, and now, we've just received 15 more, headlined by yet another new subrace.
Larian officially approved vet and 15 new pieces of Baldur's Gate 3 console content
PC players have a wealth of additional content for Baldur's Gate 3. In fact, there are currently over 18,500 items on Nexus Mods alone. The total on mod.io sits at 8,000. Unfortunately for console players, many of these are not available to them as Larian must test, approve and upload the PS5 and Xbox versions of the game.
That process takes time, which is almost certainly the reason these drops have been so sporadic this year. Especially now it's hard to work on its next title, Divinity.
After 10 last week, and now 15 more, and we have them all here for you:
- Remove broken objects (spell) – Adds a spell with a target radius of 18m and an area radius of 9m, and costs nothing to cast. All broken items in the area will be removed.
- Wrong Way Elemental Loa – Adds 60 new original-themed clothing options.
- wet storm – Slit Storm now adds wet status.
- Wyll's Devil Bonus – After Wyll transforms, he will gain the base passives that Fiends/Cambians have, including Darkvision, Fiendish Blessing, and Hellish Resistance.
- Agreement of heart and further calling – Adds a new Warlock Pact – in the vein of Blade, Chain and Tome – that allows you to sacrifice your current hitpoints to gain temporary HP or deal more damage with your spells.
- Women's Planning Assistant – cSummons Planar Ally spells on female variants, including Cambion summoned via Wild Magic.
- Poesielibre's whimsical hair color – Adds 75 non-natural hair colors to CC.
- Spell Magic: Sorcerer Subclass (ENG-KOR) – Spellfire Sorcery – Add the Sorcerer subclass from the Forgotten Realms: Heroes of Faerûn campaign.
- A Nice Simple Hug: A long hug for Astarion – Embrace extends to Astarion's Act 2 romance scene.
- Endless Battles: Create your own encounters and zombies – Allows you to craft your own combat encounters with a wide range of enemies.
- Camp Activities (Fixed) – Makes your campers a little more active. They move, perform, and act on their own.
- Such a distinguished gentleman – Adds 16 gentlemanly poses.
- Endgame Lae'zel has a gitanki egg – Gith egg Lae'zel in the end game automatically sends if your party owns it.
- Mary Simon – Adds a standalone BT1 preset for Elves, Tieflings, and Humans.
- simple maid dress – Adds a maid outfit to make your character look like a pretty little maid.
Like last week's selection, the new subcategory takes a backseat to QOL additions. The endless battle mode looks like a game-changer. This not only allows you to create custom combat scenarios but also helps you learn all the moves that certain enemies use. I am a big fan of it.
