Marvel Token: Fighting Souls Phoenix Cyclops has been revealed as the first Year 1 DLC character, giving the X-Men leader his signature optic blasts and the cosmic powers of the Phoenix Force. The product of a major collaboration between Arc System Works, PlayStation Studios, and Marvel Games, Marvel Token: Fighting Souls Bringing 4v4 tag-team fighting to one of the biggest media franchises in entertainment.

Phoenix Cyclops is Marvel Token's first Year 1 DLC character

On July 23, 2026, after the team Marvel Token: Fighting Souls San Diego hosted a panel at Comic-Con and followed it up with a PlayStation blog post announcing everything. Perhaps the biggest announcement for SDCC Marvel Token Phoenix Cyclops was first revealed as a Year 1 DLC character, arriving in Fall 2026. He will be voiced by Ray Chase, who fans may recognize as Rakan. Single leveling Anime. This version of Scott Summers is inspired by his 2012 incarnation of the Phoenix Five. Avengers vs. X-Men In the comic storyline, Cyclops uses a portion of the Cosmic Phoenix Force, so this is definitely not the character's standard X-Men appearance. Details reveal that the character retains his classic powerful optic blast and exceptional hand-to-hand combat, except now enhanced by the Phoenix Force. Arc Systems Works has yet to explain exactly how those Phoenix powers will work in games, but more detailed combat-style breakdowns are promised in future updates.
