Marvel Rivals Map

Season 0 of Marvel Rivals There are four game modes for players to explore and try. As mentioned earlier, the maps are different for each game mode. Here's how each game mode works, along with the maps available in the game:

convoy

Marvel-Rivals-Convoy-Game-Mod

In the Convoy game mode, a team has to escort a moving vehicle to the other side of the map. The defending team's goal is to stop the escorting team by killing or contesting the vehicle.

When the game starts, the defending team can leave the spawn area and move towards the vehicle to set up an ambush. The attacking team must remain in the spawn area for 30 seconds. When the assault team is released, they must seize the vehicle to start moving it. Once captured, the vehicle will move forward as long as there is at least one hero from the attacking team nearby.

If there are more heroes around then the vehicle will move faster.

Convoy game mode has two checkpoints on each map. The goal of the raiding team is to escort the vehicle through the checkpoints and reach the end of the map. There is also a timer, and if the attacking team doesn't reach the end before it counts down to zero, the defending team wins.

However, once the vehicle reaches the checkpoint, some extra time is added to the timer, giving the attacking team an advantage. If the defending team manages to defeat the attacking team, they can capture the vehicle, and it will start rolling back. The defending team can only withdraw the vehicle until it is at a previously occupied checkpoint.

dominance

In this game mode, two teams fight to control a single point on the map. The capture point, called the mission area, activates after 30 seconds. To capture a point, a team member must remain in the mission area until the bar goes to full.

Once captured, players must prevent the opposing team from entering the mission area. The progress bar increases by 1% every 1.2 seconds. The team that holds the mission area until 100% is reached wins the round.

Once a mission area is captured, you do not need to continue to stay within the area in order to progress the bar.

The opposing team may compete by walking within the mission area. This will stop the progress bar until your team knocks the enemy team out of the area. If your team is instead pushed out, the enemy will begin to capture the mission area.

If a team contests the mission area when the opposing team is close to winning, the game enters overtime. You'll see a golden bar at the top of your screen that ends when there are no enemy heroes inside the mission area. If the enemy team moves in, the fence stops until your team can eliminate the opposing heroes or move them away from the zone.

This game mode has three rounds. The first team to capture the mission area wins twice.
