The true form of this devil fruit is unknown at the moment, but it is quite clearly a legendary Zoan devil fruit that can crush anyone.. Loki is quite easily on the same level as Legends of the One Piece WorldLike Harald, Rocks, Roger, and even Garp. Along with the legendary Devil Fruit of Ragnir and Elbaf, Loki clearly has two powerful abilities at his disposal.

It seems that Oda is setting a new trend of powerful people having more than one Devil Fruit ability. Loki is the first of his kind, but the next person who can use the same kind of power is Shamrock. Fans have already seen Shamrock use his sword, Cerberus, in battle. His sword is either enchanted by an emu or fed a devil fruit that allows it to transform into an awakened Cerberus at will.
but, Shamrock himself may also have Devil Fruit abilities. All of the Holy Knights that fans have seen so far have Devil Fruit abilities at their disposal in one way or another.. It's only a matter of time before this new class of fighters with two Devil Fruit abilities becomes the standard in one piece among the top tiers, and Oda is certainly going to make it more exciting as the story progresses.
