When you first arrive The road to Kamoya, The first shrine in the area, you will come across Six Jijo On the left, but you have to continue down the pathUntil the second shrine of Kamo Village is right in front of you. You can activate it, then turn around and go straight until you're going over the Spirit Vein.

This is the same area where you start Yokai Horde picture scroll After talking to the myth, and spirit, you can go further east to go up another spirit vein. At the end of this path, you will find Six Jizo.

On your way, you'll find a second Six Jizo on your left, but one of the statue's heads is missing. To find the statue head for this Six Jizo, turn around and go down to find it in front of you.

When you interact with it, a Muzina Badger will appear, and you must either emote it or make it disappear so that it leaves the actual statue head. After this, you can move the head back to activate Six Jijo.
