Plant 43 Plant #1 — Blackthorne Station Found on the train, blocking the path ahead of you. This one is unworthy.
Plant 43 Plant #2 – Rappel down the rope to find it on the main path ahead.
Plant 43 Plant #3 & 4 – Found on the main path.
Plant 43 Plant #4 — Plant 43 found with plant #3.
Plant 43 Plant #5 — After killing #3 and #4, head left down a side path that will lead you to a loot basket.
Plant 43 Plant #6 — On the main thoroughfare, protecting rusted cars and traffic lights.
Plant 43 Plant #7 – Continue on the main path.
Plant 43 Plant #8 – Exit Security Follow the main path to find it.
Plant 43 Plant #9 – Plant 43 Protect the end of the cave on the main path with Plant #8.

If the achievement doesn't pop up after you shoot these last two plants, then backtrack and follow the map we provided. Other plants blocking the path of the Giant Plant boss fight do not count towards the achievement.
