It may not seem like it at first, but the Wishwell reconstruction arc in Octopath Traveler 0 eventually opens up to a point where dedicated players can build a remarkably diverse settlement with design influences across Orsterra. These “blueprints” you acquire through various means can bring your growing city to life, turning standard houses and amenities into continental masterpieces.
