Paris: Argentina returned to the Olympic men's football campaign by defeating Iraq 3-1 in Lyon on Saturday. One of the pre-tournament favourites, Argentina lost their Group B opener 2-1 to Morocco after a pitch invasion by Moroccan fans and a two-hour delay. Luciano Gondo and Ignacio Fernandez scored to give Argentina victory as Iraq threatened to pull off another shocker after Aymen Hussain equalized in first-half stoppage time.
