Baldur's Gate 3 Player adds an adorable owlbear plushy backpack that you can wear

You can't have a good RPG without good friends. When they aren't helping you in battle or carrying all the crap you loot, they entertain you with a bit of fun and help you remember your morals. In many cases, they also make excellent romance partners. Perhaps no game balances this as well as Baldur's Gate 3, with its bunch of lovable misfits.

While it's great to keep the gang together with pets like Scratch, sometimes you just want a little friend to keep you company on those chilly Feroun nights. If a halfling or dwarf isn't available, a player has created a mod that lets you carry an owlbear or teddy on your back.

Travel in style in Baldur's Gate 3

If you've flown somewhere recently, you may have noticed many people attaching plushies to their backpacks. I don't know why this is the case, but you can now do it in Baldur's Gate 3 as well. A mod called Teddypack, created by Cloudy, allows you to carry a backpack attached to a teddy bear or owlbear plushie.

Just because you're trying to save the area from floating evil, doesn't mean you can't travel with your emotional support plushie. The Owlbear Backpack is currently only available for body type one, but the Teddy variant has two options: a regular one and a larger one with a bedroll. They can be found in tutorial chests or purchased from Aaron in Act One, Tally in Act Two, and Hoots in Act Three.

Plush backpacks take up the underwear slot on characters, so you'll have to choose between a furry friend and Baldur's Gate 3's trademark raunchy underwear. Hopefully, the creator is able to put out the Ullubear variant for more body types because, well, look how adorable it is!

Things got a little out of hand after Larian enabled console players to access mods. Offering weapons, costumes, new spells, character features, and creative subclasses, it's great that there are such adorable mods that let you personalize Baldur's Gate 3 a little more.
