Todoroki Shouto: Origins
Season 2, Episode 10
The sports festival arc reaches a fever pitch as Midoriya and Todoroki finally face each other. In previous episodes, Todoroki made no secret of his intention to defeat Midoriya and overcome all of Mite by using his ice as revenge against his father, Endeavour.
This episode takes your emotions on a roller-coaster ride and adds a cherry on top with a great fight sequence. Midoriya helps Todoroki deal with painful memories of his past and finally free himself from his father's influence by using his fire, as well as starting a journey forward.

One for all
Season 3, Episode 11
After Bakugo's kidnapping, the heroes embark on a rescue mission, pinpointing the League of Villains' hideout in Kamino Ward. Just when things seem to be going the way of the heroes, there's one hidden for everyone, revealing himself to the world.
All Might duked it out with an All For One in this long-awaited rematch, to the point where he hit his time limit. One for All inspires him with the revelation of Shigaraki's identity, and despite things looking bleak for all, he gathers the last remnants of One for All to deal the final, definitive blow.

Deku vs. Kachan, Part 2
Season 3, Episode 23
Midoriya and Bakugou's rivalry is one of the defining aspects of the show, and their relationship is one of the most complex ever depicted. But things seem to have taken a turn after the events of Kamino Ward, as Bakugo has been keeping his roiling emotions under tight lid, only for them to come rushing out in this episode.
Bakugo lays it all on Midoriya, showing a rare moment of weakness. Midoriya's achievement, his kidnapping, and the retirement of all of Might led to feelings of guilt and inferiority, resulting in another feud between the two. Although All Might arrives to resolve the situation, the episode ends with the two childhood friends reaching a level of understanding with each other.

Season 4, Episode 13
The climax of the Shie Hassaikai Raid Arc sees one of the best fights of the series, a collaborative effort between Eri and Midoria to beat the overhaul for good. With many of the heroes either injured or incapacitated, Midoriya uses Iri's lack of control over his Rewind Quirk to go all out with one for all.

Season 5, Episode 23
In the heartbreaking episode, Shigaraki Tomura's tragic background is brought to light. While his allies are fighting the Meta Liberation Army, Shigaraki is fighting Re-Destro and has flashes of his past as Shimura Tenko.
Shimura Tenko was a shy, awkward boy who loved to play with his dog Mon-chan and dreamed of becoming a hero like other children. But the combination of an oppressive home life, an abusive father and a destructive quirk lead Tenko to an inevitable breaking point that was heartbreaking to watch, setting him on the path to becoming Shigaraki Tomura.

Season 6, Episode 11
Fan theories and suspicions are finally confirmed in this episode, as the heroes strike another devastating blow. With the awakening of Shigaraki, Gigantomachia and multiple Nomus and widespread destruction, the raid on the Zaku Hospital quickly turns sour for the heroes. Things only look worse from there when Dabi moves on.
Despite Endeavor's attempts to make amends, his past actions come back to bite him in the worst way. Dabi reveals herself to be Todoroki Toya and proceeds to broadcast the family's dirty laundry to the world, causing the tide of public opinion to turn against the heroes and Endeavor in particular. Among the many things that happened during the Extraordinary Liberation War arc, Dabi's revelation was the final nail in the coffin for Hero Society.

Season 6, Episode 17
In light of Dabi's sensational revelation, this episode focuses on uncomfortable truths and acceptance of the past. We get an in-depth look at Todoroki family life, and how Endeavor's obsession grew into a single-minded obsession that negatively affected his family.
Touya was more than impressed, becoming obsessed with keeping his father's attention at all costs, which eventually led to his 'death'. After Endeavor recovers from his injuries, his wife and children visit him. Everyone admits their fault and feels responsible for how Touya ended up, but ultimately resolves to save him from himself.

Stars and Stripes showed us why they are America's number one heroes in this episode. His struggle against Shigaraki and the One for All continues, but despite the best efforts of him and his allies, they are unable to completely defeat the powerful villain.

Season 7 of MHA had many twists and turns.
All seemed lost when Shigaraki/AFO stole Star and Stripe's New Order Quirk, only for Star to use her Quirk at the last minute for the last laugh. Although it ultimately cost her her life, Starr was willing to sacrifice herself to ensure that one for all did not acquire her Quirk.
With her last breath, Starr was able to deal significant damage to Shigaraki and several of his Quirks, as well as buying precious time for the heroes to mount a final attack against All For One.

Season 7, Episode 20
In the final episode of Season 7, Toga goes on a rampage by consuming Himiko's blood twice and using his Double Quirk to defeat the heroes. Filled with rage, she refuses to listen to Uraraka or Asui's words, instead responding with more violence.
Despite being injured and later stabbed by Himiko, Uraraka refuses to give up and manages to fend off the clones when her Zero Gravity Quirk develops. Uraraka's words of sympathy and understanding resonate with Himiko and she stops just as her Quirk expires.
My Hero Academia does justice to the main villains by highlighting their tragic backgrounds and personal motivations, and the conclusion of Toga Himiko's story arc is a perfect example.

Season 7, Episode 19
The Todoroki family drama reaches its conclusion in the later episodes of season 7, with Touya intending to turn off his Quirk and take everyone with him in a big explosion. Endeavor tries to stop him, but Touya has gone too far.
In one of the most emotional episodes of the series, the entire Todoroki family steps up to save Touya, with Rei, Natsuo and Fuyumi showing up to use their Ice Quirks to survive the extreme heat. Although Touya is put out of action, he is severely disfigured by his Quirk, and a difficult journey of healing begins for the Todoroki family.
