Next year, another Call of Duty, this time Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, which brings its new wall-jumping movement gimmick into the mix, the fluid and fast-paced gameplay we all know and love for even more chaos. And, as expected, we're also given new weapons to unlock and level up as we pursue shiny new camouflages.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 – Best Weapon Prestige Camouflages to Get First
Here are the best Prestige camouflages you should look for first for your weapons in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7!
SMGs are a beloved weapon class, and they're back and better than ever in Black Ops 6, giving us some hope that those pesky ARs won't dominate this year's CoD. While they have tough competition, they can more than hold their own in a fight, especially if you plan to use the best!

The first is the compact RK-9, a unique three-round-burst SMG that thrives at very close ranges but drops considerably at mid-range and beyond. While it has the potential to one-burst-kill close targets, your odds of consistently landing every bullet from every burst on your target are pretty slim because of how fast the movement is.
We love the RK-9 for what it is, and it can be a blast to use, but it's definitely on the weak side of SMGs, as you have to rely on the gunfighter to even get close to others in the game. While it may still be capable in many situations, the fact that you can't think about mid-range encounters puts this thing at the bottom of the list!
Carbon 57

After that, we have the Carbon 57, one of the last SMGs you'll unlock, which might sound a bit disappointing. Fear not, this SMG is still very solid; It falls short in just a few key areas, putting it below others, despite its hefty 50-round magazine. While it has a pretty decent range and accuracy, when you factor in its damage output, handling, and maneuverability everything falls apart.
While you won't be trudging through mud with the Carbon 57, its maneuverability and handling are among the worst of the entire SMG class, and it's not something you really want to deal with, since you want to get up close and personal. That's sort of the whole purpose of SMGs. Again, this is still a very good weapon, we just don't prioritize it over the other options here!

Despite having the worst damage output in its class and the second-worst handling and mobility statline, the Razor 9MM comes with a slightly higher rate of fire than the Carbon 57, which offsets its sub-par damage. While the high rate of fire makes it difficult to manage behind it, this thing is completely closed and can be used even at mid-range with the proper attachments.
If you like playing modes like Hardpoint or Domination, the Razor 9MM will be a great choice, as you can breach objectives and melt through your opposition like butter with this bad boy. Is this the best SMG in the game? Not even close, but it's a lot of fun to use and kit out, as you can turn it into an unstoppable close-range laser beam!

The next starting SMG in line is the Ryden 45K, which does a great job of being the most balanced SMG in the game and doesn't sacrifice much of anything. It has decent damage, great handling and maneuverability, and solid accuracy, making it hard to hate. Is it a bit on the boring side? for sure You can argue this. But, then again, it absolutely melts, so who are we to judge?
Additionally, the Ryden 45K has the second-highest rate of fire among SMGs, which is very impressive for its accuracy. While it may not pack as much weight as some of the other SMGs on this list, its rapid rate of fire, solid accuracy, and unmatched maneuverability and handling put it at the top of its respective class. Don't look past this SMG as it's a beginner!
MPC-25

From the first SMG you get to the last, we have the MPC-25 taking last place on the list, because it's just a solid SMG. While its accuracy can be quite challenging to control, its high damage output and excellent mobility and handling more than make up for it, allowing you to use its attachments to help keep its recoil under control.
Moreover, its rate of fire is not very high, nor is it what we would call very slow; It is very accurate, allowing anyone to see at short to mid-range. Although it will take a long time before you can get this great SMG, the wait will be worth it, as it is undoubtedly a top-tier weapon. And, with attachments that lower its back, it will be in a league of its own!
Dravec 45

Rounding things off is the mighty Dravek 45, the king of SMGs. This thing is slapped and practically an SMG/AR hybrid. Although it suffers from very low damage, its tight accuracy, competitive maneuverability and handling, and average rate of fire make that irrelevant. And, with a focused build, the Dravec 45 can be a monster at close and mid-range, while also being viable at long ranges.
Overall, the Dravec 45 excels at everything you could want for an SMG and can even outgun some ARs at long distances. On paper, it might seem like the middle of the pack, but that couldn't be further from the truth. While we can see the MPC-25 being overtaken with a solid build, the Dravec 45 gets it right out of the gate and only gets better with the right attachments!
