How to start the books phase in Astra Malorum

In order to reach the required stage for the book puzzle in Astra Malorum, you must first meet Dr. Thurston's brain must have been placed in a perfusion machine inside the Mechina Astralis and interacted with to connect it to the network. Then, wander over to the observatory dome and interact with the telescope instrument by the piano opposite the pack-a-punch.

You will now look at the star, and you need to align the telescope lens with Mars. Once your cursor is hovering over Mars, note the DEC numbers at the bottom left of the screen. With these numbers memorized, return to Machina Astralis and input the numbers into the device found on the west railing on the same floor as the mystery box.

Astra Malorum Books and Bust Puzzle Solutions

Now that you have activated the device in the Mechina Astralis, Dr. in the perfusion machine. Return to Thurston's brain, and the terminal on the left will read through “Dr. Thurston's Reading List,” which will flash through various book titles.
