Of the 27 poogies found in the Canalta Timberlands, most of them are scattered around Mount Canalta. In contrast, the southern regions of the Canalta timberland have almost no pogies to speak of.

Because of the large poogie concentration, you'll want to constantly scan your surroundings while exploring the mountain. Additionally, you'll want to complete Thea's first side story to unlock the Poogie hint system. It is also recommended that you complete the story until you unlock Canyne, as this will be a very useful Monstie to run around the area.

Mount Canalta is the most dangerous part of Canalta Timberland, so make sure you're ready to fend off the mighty Monsties. This includes flying, as flying monsters patrolling the mountains will attack you in the air.

All Canalta Timberland Poogie locations

Poogie #1 – From the beginning of the river

Bypassing the village of Shepardon and heading towards the headwaters of the Canalta Timberland River will take players to this poogee. It will be on a small plot of land on the right side of the river.

Poogie #2 – By the waterfall near Shepardon

Following the river south of Shepardon to the village, players will pass this poogie next to a waterfall. This will be under the log bridges on the way to the village, making it easier to locate for players traveling north towards the village.

Poogie #3 — Near Howlinyowl Forest Entrance

This Poogie can be found sleeping or standing on the side in front of the entrance to Howlinyowl Forest. It is almost directly north Cataract Crossroads Catavan Stand. Look for it carefully as its yellow and green colors help it blend in with its surroundings.

Poogie #4 – Behind the Howliniole forest tree

You'll find this Poogie resting on a small ledge next to a large tree in Howlinyowl Forest. There will be a feral monster in this area, but it will mostly stick to the north side of the tree. Travel around the southern half of the tree to reach this poogie safely.

Poogie #5 – West of Cataract Lookout Point

Players can reach this poogee by flying Lookout Point: Cataracts Catavan stands and travels to the western border. It will be near the wall in the lowest part of this area.

Poogie #6 – Near the end of the river

Players will find this poogie by following the western border of Canalta Timberland as they travel south. It will be on the edge of a ridge overlooking the river in the middle of the area.

Poogie #7 — On the west side of the river

This poogie is floating on the rocks on the west side of a large river in the area. The water leading up to this poogee is very shallow, so you can easily reach it while riding any monsti.

Poogie #8 — On the stump

You'll find this Poogie on top of a tree stump to the north Blessing Hill Camp Set up after defeating a feral monster in the area. To reach the stump by hiding this Poogie, players will need to cross all the stumps before it.

No one will notice this poogie looking at the stump. Instead, players will find an icon on the stump saying there is something to interact with. Interact with it to reveal poogi.

Poogie #9 – Above the waterfall

This poogie is found on a cliff above a large waterfall in the middle of Canalta Timberland. It is easily accessible by flight Lookout Point: Cataracts the tower

Poogie #10 – Hiding in the Flowers

Hidden Poogie is hiding in a patch of red flowers next to this statue. While you don't see it at first, the Interaction icon Gives your position.

Poogie #11 — Resting by the waterfall

This Poogie is found resting on a small ledge to the left of the falls at the first camp of Canalta Timberland. All walls left of the ledge are climbable, making it easier for players to reach.

Poogie #12 – On a high cliff

While exploring the front of Mount Canalta, players will come across several climbable walls. Climbing the rocky pillar on the side of Mount Canalta and the start of Howliniole Forest will lead players to this poogee.

Poogie #13 — In front of the Twin Falls

Players will find this Poogie in front of a set of waterfalls. A tough Monsty lurks beneath Poogie, but thankfully, there are no dangerous Monsties directly guarding it.

Poogie #14 – Right of Twin Falls

After retrieving the previous Poogie, follow the waterfall down a platform and face the waterfalls. From here, you'll want to look to the right to see Poogie on the nearby shore. The wall below Poogie is climbable, making rescue easier.

Poogie #15 — Beside Mount Canalta

This Poogie found himself on the edge of a small cliff near Mount Canalta. Players can easily detect if they travel from the direction of the mountain to the side of the mountain Dragonreach Mountains: Foothills Catavan Stand.

Poogie #16 – Staring at the Tree

By climbing the rocks around the waterfalls in front of Mount Canalta, you will be able to reach the left side of the mountain facing the largest tree in the area. This stream is next to another small waterfall and is home to poogies.

Poogie #17 — Inside the ore rock next to Mount Canalta

While this poogie is on the side of a mountain, like many other Canalta Timberland poogies, it's hard to find because it's hidden inside a rock formation. Players will need to find this rock and smash it to reveal Poogie inside.

Poogie #18 — On a rock with tree roots

Continuing to climb up Mount Canalta will lead players to a wall that leads to a tall fruit tree. Instead of heading up this wall, turn around to face the rest of the Canalta Timberland area. Looking this way, you'll see a poogie on a small rock with a tree root attached to it.

It is difficult to jump directly to this cliff. Instead, players must use a chariot or another flying monster to glide over it.

Poogie #19 — At the top of Mount Canalta

Players who climb to the very top of Mount Canalta will be rewarded with a hidden Poogie. All you have to do is walk around An interaction icon appears, then press it to reveal poogi.

Poogie #20 — By Catavan Stand for Narrow Path: Opening

Fast travel to Narrow Path: Opening the Catavan Stand And walking forward is the easiest way to find this poogie. It will be by two large trees on the north side of the beach.

Poogie #21 – Under the rock to the east

Unless you destroy every ore deposit you see, you might never know that this particular one is home to a Poogie! You can only reach this side by climbing up the wall next to it. Hit the rock, and Poogie is yours.

Poogie #22 — South of Mount Canalta Lookout Point

While scouting the area at the Mount Canalta lookout point, players will see a chest on a small hill to the south. What's hard to see is the poogie blending into the mountain near the chest.

Players can easily fly to pick up both Poogie and Chest. However, they need to do so carefully, as they may be attacked by flying monsters nearby.

Poogie #23 – In the middle of the river

This poogie is found resting at ease by a small river on Mount Canalta. As it is towards the base of the mountain, the river path leading to Pugi is free of dangerous monsti.

Poogie #24 — First on the northeast ledge

by traveling to Mount Canalta Lookout Point And heading north, players will find this Poogie on the upper level. The easiest way to get there is by flying directly along the coast from the lookout point. However, players can also climb walls next to Poogie.

Poogie #25 – Second on the northeast shore

Players will find this Poogie resting on a ledge overlooking the northern border of Canalta Timberland. This ledge will be the lowest one in the area, so you may need to drop from some higher ledges to find it.

Poogie #26 — Behind Mount Canalta

While wandering behind Mount Canalta, players will find this Poogie on top of a climbable wall. Where it's easy to get to, there will be a strong monsti hanging around the bottom of the wall.

Poogie #27 — At the north end of the Frozen Grotto

This Poogie is the first to make its home inside the cave system, and the only one that can be found in the Frozen Grotto. To enter the Frozen Grotto, players must take one of three routes.

  • Skip through A A hole on the left side of Mount Canalta.

  • Skip through A Hole in right side of Mount Canalta.

  • Walk through the secret entrance Behind the big waterfall near the first Canalta Timberland camp.

After entering the cave, players must walk to its northern point to find Poogie.
