Speranza's ARC Raiders declare civil neutrality
In a recent post on Twitter, ARC Radar revealed new rules for a faction called the Civilians of Speranza. Individuals wishing to join this faction must agree to avoid PvP, revive any downed raiders they encounter, remain neutral in streamer wars, try to recruit other friendly gamers, and wear the faction's designated uniform.
