Creative ways to kill Jean-Claude Van Damme

Jean-Claude Van Damme joins a checkered cast of celebrities Hitman Goals that include the likes of Sean Bean. Inside the new DLC for HitmanPlayers are transported to an expanded Chongqing map in an underground facility. Van Damme in character Hitman Max is Valiant, a former ICA agent who has taken an evil supervillain turn. He was presumed dead but has been resurrected with a strange proposal for the ICA. It's a plot straight out of a sci-fi action movie and the player has to take out Valiant and his clones.

Elusive target missions allow the player one attempt to complete the mission, and there is no mission restart after the clones are revealed. If the player exits the mission or dies, there is Wait 12 hours before you can try it again. Be sure to take out the security cameras to block any automatic frosted glass panels with 47s cameras and reduce the chances of getting caught. This is incredibly important when aiming for that coveted silent killer rating. Players get two chances to play missions and kill Jean-Claude Van Damme's character in different ways. However, there are still not many possibilities to use different methods of killing, so here are 10 effective ways to kill Jean-Claude Van Damme (and his clones). Hitman.

Following Pritchard and The Mission Story

A guided tour of the remodeled ICA facility

for them Hitman Players will love following the story and opportunities, escorting Angus Pritchard through the Valiant-controlled ICA facility to provide the most comprehensive level experience. Sticking to the beaten path does not allow the player to see everything. But it allows the 47 to scope out opportunities. This is especially important on the second level of the elusive target which is the silent killer, suit only terms. This means no disguises and no witnesses.

IO Interactive has added more rooms, but the core layout will still be relatively familiar to those who have spent time on the Chongqing map. It is worth investigating the change in layout before going on to fire the gun. Following the Mission Story Guide Marker will help guide players through the more challenging parts of the level.

Boil the clone alive

Agent 47 likes to push buttons

This is an obvious opportunity that presents itself when the player enters a room full of inactive clones in vats. The temperature control panel is technically accessible and protected only by an engineer and a later researcher. This engineer will solve any temperature problem, which means the 47 cannot keep the temperature high for long.

The easiest way to gain unencumbered access is to arrive quickly before the researcher arrives and drop the gun on the floor of the room where the engineer will find it. He will see this and go get the guard. So it's just a matter of quickly messing with the control panel while he's gone. Inactive clones will be weeded out and 47 will have six less Jean-Claude Van Dammes.

Mercy Killing

It's the kind thing to do

There are not many deaths that are seasonal Hitman Players feel morally conflicted, but this may be one that will give some pause. Not all Van Damme clones succeeded in emulating the more lethal and ruthless qualities of the original. Enter the Tier 3 section of the ICA facility dressed as a guard and the engineers will ask 47 to put the clone out of his misery. In a padded cell, there is a clone dancing happily to himself. He doesn't acknowledge 47 at all, just keeps dancing.

The player can kill him while the engineers look on in despair. There are no consequences for taking out this iteration of Jean-Claude Van Damme in front of witnesses. It's one of the saddest and weirdest killing opportunities, but it gives the player the gift of seeing a Van Damme character model dancing with glee.

Sauna broil

Less than a pleasant accidental murder

Van Damme clones need to undergo intensive training to make them perfect assassins. This training requires some dangerous equipment and breaking dangerous equipment is a specialty of the 47. Dressed as a researcher, the player can direct one of the clones into a sauna, crank up the temperature and close the door. This has the added benefit of hiding the corpse from passers-by.

Hitman Players will recognize this method from the Hokkaido Hospital level as it was one of the killing opportunities for Yuki Yamazaki. The animation doesn't let the player get away from blocking the door, so Van Damme's death circle appears in the middle of the steam window.

Death by barbell

A mid-workout accident kills

Another training gym opportunity as an explorer is to crush Van Damme with weights. One of the investigators moves in and out of the bathroom, so there is ample opportunity to knock him out and take his uniform. Dressed as a researcher, 47 can direct one of the clones to a bench press and offer to meet him.

When they pick up a weight and find a target and then crash their neck with the bar, it counts as an accidental kill. The player may need to eliminate the supervising investigator and even take out the armed guard in the room to avoid witnesses.

Poisoned water bottles

Dangers of Hydration

Yet another gym opportunity and one that requires the player to eliminate or take out the guard and the two researchers in the room. Wait until the Van Dams are busy and poison the drink bottles near the sauna door. The player can then instruct one or both clones to drink.

Fatally poisoning water bottles requires one vial of poison per bottle.

This means the player may need to bring their own to the loadout, so be prepared for that. If necessary emetic poison can be used instead to isolate the clones and provide them with an opportunity to drown

IO Interactive really decided to use that Van Damme model as much as possible. One of the less familiar training spectacles is the Van Damme clone demonstrating his strength and agility in a trash compactor by wedged in various positions between its plates.

All 47 has to do is dismiss the researcher at the control panel and move the pistons to crush the target in a very dramatic manner. This counts as an accidental kill and does not affect the Silent Assassin rating.

Gas in air conditioners

What is that smell?

A player favorite, the Chongqing level has a staff room that can be filled with poison gas via an air-conditioning unit. The player will be hard-pressed to come up with enough deadly poison to take every poisoning opportunity, but there's a cleaning trolley nearby with rat poison that will trigger a rousing reaction from anyone in the room.

Just put the poison in the unit, turn it on the control panel and the clone inside goes to the toilet to vomit and 47 can drown him. But be careful! Do not go to a room full of gas, 47 is also likely to get gas!

Explosive golf ball

Jean-Claude Van Damme, AKA Max Valient, decides to demonstrate his clone's marksmanship by holding golf balls and shooting them. Players who spot an explosive golf ball will know what to do next.

Place the explosive golf ball in the basket and when the bullet hits it, the clone will be blown into the air. There are two explosive golf balls on the map, or if they are unlocked the player can be brought to the loadout level.

Escort missions can be an absolute nightmare but unlike annoying escort missions in which the player must be blind to their charge, 47 has free rein to escape and do his own thing. This is an escort mission in name only.

As a result, the player can go through the mission like any other, meaning that if a player prefers to take out targets with a pistol or explosives in a more generic, less mission-specific way, they can do so.

Venting paths

Skip checkpoints and avoid suspicion

There are several ways to bypass ICA facility security for those who don't want to follow the time-consuming escort mission story. The vents in Chongqing aren't fully connected, but if a player knows where they're going, they can get to most things underground with limited interaction with NPCs. 47 could easily take out the original Van Damme in his office with an unattended pistol. This is a quick way to defeat the silent killer, but it requires very little set-up and waiting around.

Instead of taking the mission story route, it's easier to use the trapdoor (it The passcode is 2552) to easily reach the Tier 3 vents in the arcade's yard. Knowing and using the vent systems makes the second level of the elusive target much easier. The second level is basically the same as the first, but if 47 is seen doing something suspicious, it's all over.

It's exactly what it sounds like. The gun-blazing method is not recommended in this mission, but players can take the vents and methodically work their way through, taking out the guards as they go. It's not impossible, but it's definitely time consuming. There are also some clones that need to be killed by accident or through special actions, such as inactive clones that cannot be accessed through the temperature panel.

Make sure to have a silenced gun and a rubber duck level for a good shot to get out of difficult situations that may arise from a less-than-accurate approach. Also, remember that a screwdriver is a hitman's best friend. Not only can it open vents but it makes an incredibly deadly melee weapon.
