Following a season that saw a very diverse line-up of S-Tier builds, Diablo 4 Season 11 is seeing some classes regress in the meta. However there will likely still be a solid mix of meta builds Diablo 4 Season 11, some of the best Season 10 builds will fall by the wayside without Chaos Armor and Perks to aid them. One of the best classes from Diablo 4 Season 11 adds insult to injury with a new Unique that is unlikely to turn the needle back toward its Season 10 dominance.
As it stands, classes like Spiritborn and Rogue are likely to repeat performances in the upcoming Season 10. Diablo 4 the season Both of these classes are getting great new specs in the way of Emissary Boots and Death's Pawne Pants respectively, which should improve the already powerful build options. On the other end of the spectrum is the Druid, who not only loses access to overpowered builds without Chaos Perks, but also gains Season 11's worst new unique.
Diablo 4 Season 11 is a 180-degree turn for Druids
in time Diablo 4 Season 10, thanks to the Blackwing Unique and Kilt of Chaos perks that allowed the class to run an S-tier Companion Druid build. Without Chaos Perks, this companion druid build essentially falls apart because Ravens is back on cooldown and can't be spammed. While Blackwing Unique's Kilt is still around, its viability has been greatly diminished without the Savagery Chaos Perk turning Ravens into a core skill. New unique to Druids Diablo 4 Season 11 isn't doing the class any favors, and probably isn't worth using in any builds this season.

Unique Suffix: Grants a charge that deals 200-100 damage to enemies with the Storm skill. Casting any defensive skill will gain maximum movement speed and unhindered for 1 second for each charge used. While charging, enemies you hit are immobilized for 1 second.

The best part of Druid's Khamsin Steppewalkers is the increased cooldown reduction of Unique. However, its unique affix is not very strong, as damaging 200-100 enemies with the Storm Skill is a huge demand for a single charge that grants a 1 second buff when using the Defensive Skill. There are many good options for druid players to use in their boot slot that can achieve similar, if not stronger, effects, such as Rakanoth's Wake.
Not only does Rakanoth's Wake increase speed and reduce cooldown, but its unique Affix also allows the player to deal AoE Fire damage when they cast a skill with a cooldown.
Druids are taking a step back after dominating Diablo 4 Season 10
Compared to the game-changing nature of Blackwing's kilt Diablo 4 Season 10, Khamsin Steppewalkers is a very disappointing addition. Other classes, such as Spiritborn and Rogue, are getting new equipment in their kits this season to help make up for the lack of Chaos Armor and Chaos Perks. Meanwhile, Druid risks fading into obscurity in the Season 11 meta without a standout build option like Season 10's Companion Druid.
A possible saving grace for Druids Diablo 4 Season 11 has a new Divine Gift mechanic that empowers builds without requiring a unique to take up a slot. Essence of Sorrow, in particular, can be a great option for Khamsin Stepwalkers, as its pure ability increases the player's movement speed by 30%. While the cooldown reduction of Khamsin Steppewalkers is nice, it's not worth trading a more powerful unique Affix for the absence of Chaos Armor.
