This article contains spoilers from Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo.
Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Mahoraga is officially brought back to the battlefield courtesy of Yuka Okkotsu, much to the surprise of fans. Mahoraga is Yuka's final trump card against Dabura in an attempt to save the world from further alien invasion. As JJK fans know, only users of the Ten Shadow Technique can summon the Mahoraga, so Yuka raises questions about whether or not it has tamed the Shikigami.
Ryomen Sukuna was the only Mahoraga in history to be controlled Jujutsu Kaisen. No other mage, Megumi Fushiguro, has proven to be able to fully control it. Most of them failed to survive and complete the ritual, leaving Sukuna as the only exception. However, if Yuka Okkotsu already controls the Mahoraga, she will be the first genin and mage of Okkotsu's blood to control the Divine General.
After Yuji Itadori, Gege Akutami finally sets up the new most powerful magician in Jujutsu Kaisen.
Yuji is strong, but so is this new rising wizard in JJK Modulo.
Yuka Okkotsu summoned Mahoraga in the JJK module

Yuka Okkotsu can use the Ten Shadow Technique.
Like an atomic bomb, Yuka Okkotsu falls from the sky and makes an explosive entrance, summoning Mahoraga, the Ten Shadow Technique's most unruly shikigami, against Dabura. His entrance is the most shocking moment in JJK Modulo, as no one would have guessed Yuka using the Ten Shadows Technique, let alone summoning Mahoraga out of nowhere.
Before appearing in JJK Modulo, Divine General Mahoraga was last seen in the original series, controlled by Ryomen Sukuna and exploited against Yorozu and Gojo Satoru. Mahoraga is an absolute force of nature, and taking him down requires immense strength and combat intelligence, which Gojo and Sukuna use to overcome his adaptability.
With Mahoraga's appearance, it is clear that Yuka Okkotsu can use the Ten Shadows technique. However, JJK Modulo has yet to reveal whether Yuka inherited the technique due to her genin blood or copied it, as Yuta Okkotsu can replicate cursed techniques with his copy ability. Regardless, Yuka can summon Mahoraga, who appears stronger than before, suggesting that her power level has increased significantly. Presumably, Yuka made a binding vow, which Tsurugi mentions in JJK Modulo chapter 14.
Is Yuka Teme Mahoraga off screen?
Yuka Okkotsu avoids direct contact with Mahoraga
The events of Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Chapter 15 suggest that Yuka Okkotsu has yet to subdue the Divine General Mahoraga. Presumably, she only summoned Mahoraga to include him in the ritual in a desperate attempt to defeat Dabura in a duel. In retrospect, Megumi also used this type of suicidal tactic against Haruta Shigemo in JJK Season 2, where she nearly died in the process.
Additionally, Yuka was quick to hide herself in the shadows after summoning the Mahoraga, almost to avoid the risk of summoning a Shikigami she didn't fully control. As fans know, Mahorga attacks those involved in the summoning ritual without hesitation, so Yuka sneaking in is the perfect strategy to shift Shikigami's full attention to Dabura.
With this treasure, I summon the Eight-Handled Sword Divergent Silla Divine General Mahoraga.—Yuka Okkotsu
However, with this setup, Yuka has no chance of taming Mahoraga. While taming the Mahoraga is not the goal of Yuka's initiation of the ritual, her survival still depends on hiding in the shadows and staying out of its direct path until Dabura pulls off the unexpected and defeats the divine general. As of now, there is no clear winner between Dabura and Mahoraga, so Yuka is safe for now.
Yuka Okkotsu is dying
As Yuka Okkotsu dazzles fans with the Ten Shadows Technique, her health is rapidly declining due to her brain tumor. Yuka is clearly at the end of her illness, with signs of her condition deteriorating, from extreme weakness to near-blindness, making her heroic sacrifice all the more painful to watch. Unfortunately, with no cure found, Yuka has no choice but to make every action count, knowing that time is running out.
If I am reincarnated, I want to be a little sister again.—Yuka Okkotsu.
Yuka's brother, Tsurugi, also admits that his sister is facing her last days, so he is determined to let her enjoy her last moments in peace rather than sacrifice her life in a conflict with Dabura. However, it may be too late for Tsurugi to stop Yuka, as the latter has decided to leave Mahoraga and risk everything by confronting Dabura.
