Disney's Lorna's has been going for a while now, with the second anniversary coming up later this year in August. At that point, players are extremely familiar with the game's mechanics, and are beginning to ask for a bit of an interesting shake-up to keep things fresh. One of those ideas was dual-ink cards, allowing some cards to break the limitations of the standard single ink format.

Thankfully, developer Ravensburger is looking into those pleas and agrees that die-ink cards are a cool idea. Announced today via the Disney Lorcana Twitter account, the inevitable inclusion of the main overseas island – starting later this year on March 10 – includes at least one dual-ink card.

The announcement post takes an official look at the first-ever ink-ink card on Dakshinbajiko Island, which will be Belle, the mechanic venue. Lorsana's debuts saw the release of a fair few Bella cards, mostly in sapphire, although she also had a few emerald cards.

Belle, the mechanical extraterrestrials unreservedly also partner Sapphire, as you can see in the tweet above, but she will also be part of it. Unfortunately, she's the only card that Ravensburger has decided to show up right now, although that tweet suggests that more information is coming on February 10.

In other Lorcan news, Ravensburger also followed Puroji's Island and will continue at some point in Q3 2025, as the name suggests, so the name suggests. Disney's furry elements, and as we know from the cover art, include Come and Mickey. Fingers crossed we see more dual-ink cards out there as well.
