Devil Fruits can grant the most varied powers a pieceBut the biggest game-changer in the Haki series is hands down – at least in most cases. There are three different types of Haki that have been revealed in the series so far, each giving its user a distinct advantage over most opponents. Some characters, such as Luffy, Shanks, and other notable figures a piece World, can use all three types of Haki. But the rarest and most impressive is the Supreme King Haki.
In its most basic use, Supreme King Haki allows the user to impose their will on weaker opponents which either intimidates them or outright knocks them out. Supreme King Haki's more efficient applications can penetrate the user's attacks, making them incredibly dangerous opponents. Elbaf has gathered for some absolute powerhouses so far, and of course, some of them are owned by the supreme king Haki. Here's a look at who in Elbaf can wield this incredible power.
Scooper Gaban
“Mountain-Eater” lives up to its name
Scopper Gaban has already shown how powerful he is in his limited work in the events of the Elbaf arc. God's Knights invade the giant homeland and Gabban and other monsters, as well as some Straw Hat crew, spring into action to kidnap some of their children.
A former member of Roger's Pirates and considered the third-strongest under Roger and Rayleigh (although he considers himself the second-strongest), Gaban was actually introduced much earlier in the manga via a flashback to Buggy's in Chapter 19. He is also seen in Oden's flashbacks and appears on the decks for “From the Deckside of the World Story” and Chacus13. Labun. But the Elbaf arc is where he really has the opportunity to leave a mark.
Gabon showed his incredible strength when he managed to take down Shepherd Somers, who had been an absolute threat up to that point, with relative ease. In that confrontation, Gabban enters his ax with Supreme King Haki and is able to cut off Amar's head, which we see temporarily affects his regeneration abilities. He seemed to stop fighting Luffy after going into gear 5. We didn't get to see him go all out against Gunko because he used his son Colon as a shield. But it is fair to say that he challenged her.
Roronoa Zoro
A second-strong straw hat is even stronger
Speaking of Gaban, it is thanks to him that Zoro learns that he can also use Supreme King Haki. Zoro was shown to be able to use it during the Wano Country arc, but in classic Zoro fashion, was completely oblivious to possessing the incredibly rare and powerful ability.
Kaido notices this when Zoro hits him with his Ashura Bakkei: Moza no Tawamure attack. He excelled in the fight against the king by filling it with his three swords. The on-the-fly application worked well, and Zoro was able to take down the king after a tough fight.
There's no doubt that Zoro will play a big role in the rest of the Elbaf arc. With Emu and the Knights of God on the scene, the odds are already stacked against Elbaf and its people. Having someone like Zoro there along with the rest of the Straw Hat Crew's monster trio could really turn the tide of battle.
Monkey D. Luffy
The future pirate king is part of a select few
We all knew Luffy was special from the start a piece. But it's not just his infectious positivity or lofty ambitions that set the Straw Hat captain apart. With what may be the most important and powerful Devil Fruit ability in the series, Luffy is one of a select group of living characters confirmed to be able to use all three types of Haki.
Aside from using Armament and Observation Haki, Luffy is also incredibly skilled at using Supreme King Haki. Not only does this prove that Luffy has the qualities of a king, but it puts him in a very select group of people. a piece the world Luffy used it unconsciously at first, such as when he stopped Sandersonia from killing Marguerite in the Amazon Lily, or, most notably, when he used it to knock out several marines while trying to save Ace at Marineford. But thanks to Rayleigh's training, Luffy can now make the best use of his abilities as Supreme King Haki.
You can bet that Luffy will have some tough challenges in Elbaf. During the Ishwar Valley incident flashback we see the damage that Emu and the World Government can do. It may be too soon for the final confrontation between Luffy and the ruler of the World Government, but Elbaf can give us a taste of what a fight between these two incredibly talented supreme hockey users would look like.
Emu
The last big bad of a piece?
Although technically Elbaf isn't “on”, Emu is currently wreaking havoc on Gunko's owned Elbaf. When he first captured him, Emu's intense Supreme King Haki was enough to affect many of the region's giants and shake a few Straw Hats, as well as Scapper Gaban. Even Loki seemed to be affected by the emu's presence.
Even comparing the likes of the Knights of God and the Five Elders, it's clear that Emu is in a different category. We haven't seen much from him in the manga, but with his super powerful Domi Reversi ability and mastery of both Observation and Supreme King Haki, we can see how much of a threat Emu poses not only to the people of Straw Hat and Elbaf, but to the world as well.
