The Jujutsu Kaisen There are many unique magicians in the world, but among them, some are given special abilities by Heaven that they gain in exchange for losing something equally important, and they are known as Heavenly Restricted Magicians.
These magicians are the most interesting in the world JJK. There are two types of Heavenly Restraints: one that grants characters immense physical strength in exchange for their cursed energy, and the other, which grants a person immense cursed energy in exchange for an extremely weak body. Both of these have their own advantages and disadvantages. But of course, Not all heavenly restricted persons are the same. Here are all the heavenly ban users Jujutsu Kaisen.
Kokichi Muta
-
Heavenly Ban Type: Physical Ban, Cursed Energy Boost
-
Sorcerer Rank: Half Grade 1
Kokichi Muta is a member of Jujutsu Kyoto High, and among all the Heavenly Forbidden Characters Jujutsu KaisenShe definitely has the worst. Muta has the opposite type of heavenly restriction that everyone else has. Instead of having insane physical growth, Kokichi Muta's body is extremely weak. As such, he earns a gift unlike others with heavenly restrictions.
Kokichi Muta receives a large amount of cursed energy with his Heavenly BanAnd his control over it rises to a whole other level. This heavenly restriction allows him to control puppets from incredible distances, making him very efficient. That said, of those banned, he might just be the weakest. Kokichi Muta is incredibly weak physically, and even the sun can do a lot of damage to him. If his body is found, he can essentially be easily defeated. However, his mastery of Cursed Energy is such that he was able to reach the level of a Semi Grade 1 Magician.
How Kokichi Muta received his heavenly ban
Kokichi Muta has an extremely rare type of heavenly restriction. Heavenly restrictions are already rare, but being born with a physically weak body but a large cursed energy pool is even rarer. It is understood that this is how Muta was born. Some of his body parts were missing, and since he was a child, he was always in a lot of physical pain until Mahito used passive transformation as part of a binding vow to fix his body.
Tsurugi Okkotsu
-
Heavenly Restriction Type: Physical Enhancement, No Cursed Energy
-
Sorcerer Category: N/A
The newest character to be revealed to have fulfilled his heavenly ban is the Maki Genin's own grandson – a character known as Tsurugi Okkotsu. Tsurugi Mak is like a heavenly bani, which is a huge physical increase in their loss of cursed energy.
With his heavenly ban, Tsurugi has proven himself to be a force of nature. Combined with his extremely skilled sword skills, he is difficult to take on in battle. Tsurugi's heavenly ban allows him to be the likes of Maru in battle at JJK Modulo. For reference, Maru has an incredibly powerful cursed technique called Chaos and Harmony, which allows him to bend the laws of nature.
How Tsurugi got his heavenly ban
Tsurugi received his heavenly ban in a unique way. After birth, Tsurugi was like her grandmother, Maki Genin, born with traces of cursed energy. Fans were definitely wondering how Gage could fulfill his heavenly ban. After all, unlike Toji, he wasn't born with it, and in JJK, the only way Maki could get rid of his cursed energy was through his twin.
In the sequel's story, Gege had a fuse with Rika, Yuta's cursed spirit, Tsurugi. After their breakup, Rika took all of her remaining cursed energy with her. on top of that, Rika also gave him Maki's Split Soul Katana. With this, Tsurugi definitely became incredibly strong. That said, he still needs experience to be on the same level as the late banned monsters that fans saw in JJK.
Toji Fushiguro
-
Heavenly Restriction Type: Physical Enhancement, No Cursed Energy
-
Sorcerer Category: N/A
Toji Fushiguro was the first character to have the Heavenly Ban Gege Akutami revealed. Toji emerged as the main antagonist of the Hidden Inventory arc, where it was revealed that he was famous as a magician assassin. Thanks to his Heavenly Ban, Toji Fushiguro had no cursed energy. Instead, he had insane physical strength and power. Toji was so strong that he was able to take on Gojo Satoru.
Of course, at that time, Gozo was not fully awake. Once Gozo awakened to the power of Cursed Technique Reversal and RCT, Toji was easily killed. Even so, Toji's strength and power struck fear into the hearts of the entire genin clan, so much so that they feared him even years after his death.
How Toji received his heavenly ban
Toji Fushiguro always had his heavenly ban. Although it is not explicitly stated in the story, it can be assumed that Toji Fushiguro was only born this way. In other words, unlike the likes of Maki and Tsurugi, he wasn't just born with an insignificant amount of cursed energy. Rather, he had not yet been born. This means that from his birth, Toji Fushiguro was already a monster of a fighter with superior physical strength.
Over the years, Toji Fushiguro honed his skills and wielded some powerful weapons, one of which was the Inverted Spear of Heaven that was capable of nullifying cursed techniques. It was later destroyed by Gozo. He also wielded the Split Soul Katana, a replica of which was also wielded by the Maki Genin.
Maki Janine
-
Heavenly Restriction Type: Physical Enhancement, No Cursed Energy
-
Sorcerer Rank: Grade 4
Of course, Maki is the strongest character in Genin Jujutsu Kaisen with Heavenly Ban. Maki has the same heavenly restrictions as Toji and Tsurugi. In other words, in exchange for having no cursed energy, he gets a massive physical boost. Maki's physical growth, even before being completely Heavenly Banned, was put to the test when she fought against Jogo and survived Jogo's fierce attacks.
Maki was officially considered Grade 4, but his abilities were already very high at the time.
After being fully Heavenly Banned and Awakened, he could even compete with the likes of Special Grades. After all, Sukuna herself said that fighting against Maki was like fighting against Mahoraga. Even the King of Curses couldn't see her coming when he fought her.
How Maki received his heavenly ban
For most of his life, up until Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3, Maki was not fully Heaven Banned. In that sense, he still had a small amount of cursed energy that prevented him from being at Touji's desired level. But everything changed with Mai's death. Maki was not only stopped by her own cursed energy, but also by the fact that she was a twin. In JJK, the universe sees the twins as one person, which greatly limits their power. Mai's death in full preparation means Maki can fully awaken to his true power.
upon waking, Maki was able to completely destroy the entire genin clan. Not only that, Maki will only get stronger later. In the Kuling game, Maki is said to have become a monster on the same level as Toji. Apparently, this was even before the Sukuna War, and before the Modulo timeline. In adulthood, it can be said that Maki also gained the power to use simple domains with her weapon, and it was she who passed it on to Tsurugi Okkotsu. Maki definitely reached the pinnacle of what they could do with their heavenly ban.
